FAQs

Q. Where do I post my form?

A. Every editor has two pages: 'About Editor (Name)' page and 'Request Editor (Name)' page. You have to post your forms on 'Request Editor (Name)' pages, only.

Q. Is this service only for the books written in English?

A. At the moment, yes.

Q. What should I do if my book belongs to a particular genre but contains elements of other genres as well that my editor doesn't work with?

A. If your story only has minor elements of other genres, then you can simply mention the same in your request. However, for example, if your story has a Fantasy-Romance plot and you've categorised it in Romance, I'd advice you to request the editor who edits both Romance and Fantasy, rather than requesting an editor who doesn't edit either of the two genres.

Q. Can we request the same editor to edit chapters of two of our books at the same time or after some time of the first request?

A. Yes, you can request the same editor to edit chapter of your as many books as you want and at any given time. However, for every separate book, you'll need to post a separate request. Also, please note that it's not necessary that the editor will accept your second request as well if they accepted your first request. Accepting or denying any request solely depends on the critics.

Q. Can we request two different editors to edit the same chapter of our books at the same time?

A. No. You're free to request different editors to edit different chapters of your books but you can only request one editor at a time to work on a chapter. Two editors won't work on your same chapter at the same time. However, should you feel the need to get your chapter edited by someone else after your request is completed by one editor, then you are free to request another editor. Remember, the request should be completed by first editor for you to be able to request editing for the same chapter again.
