*its 5 days later*

"Hello again baby. I came to tell you that prom is coming up. Its next week. So i have a question to ask you. Sorry its not romantic but at least I'm asking...right?! Nathan Smith will you go to prom with me? I know you probably cant hear me so i got you a ring. It symbolizes how much i love you. It has N+J engraved into it. I got for you as a little gift to ask you to prom. This is one of 2 important questions. The other one i will ask you on the day we go to dinner after graduation. It will either be the same day or the day after that. But just know i will ask. So i wanted to keep you updated. You know how we took tests to see if we graduate? Well they gave felix your scores because he is older than me and merk. Well guess what.  WE ARE GRADUATING. ME, YOU, FELIX AND MERK. Im excited because this was our original goal. To graduate together. And thats what we are doing. Felix is going to ask Merk to marry him in a few days. I hope you're awake by then so we can be there together.  Merk couldn't come cause he is sick. He's been sick for 5 days now and we don't know why. I think its because the day you were first put in the hospital they went all the way. Yeah so i think that Merk is pregnant. So besides that i think I'm going to go back to the house and shower cause i smell like shite.  (Jacks way or swearing) so Nate. Can you please wake up? Please Nate i need you in my life. I love you so much Nate. Please Nate. Wake up. For me. For Merk. For Felix. For your mom. For all of us. Nate please. Please wake up. I love you so much okay. Please never listen to what other people have to say about you. You are perfect. How you may ask? You are smart.  You are talented. You are handsome. You are a lot of things that make you perfect but best of all. You are Nathan Smith. That makes you wonderful because you are yourself. You aren't afraid to admit anything. Like when you were singing and screaming in music. Yeah i heard because i was walking by there. Then the day you told your mom about us. Nate please show me at least a sign that you are waking up. Squeeze my hand, wiggle your toes, anything. Just please show me you are waking up Nate. I love you too much to loose you. Please find your way home please. Im not leaving this room not knowing that you are trying. I want to know you are finding your way back to us. Please Nate i love you."

So thats what i did. I walked and walked these past six days and i did it.  I found my way home. I can see everything clearly now how do i move. I walked closer and closer to the point where i can feel my body. I can control it.

So i started to open my eyes and i turned my head to see jack. I also gave him hand a squeeze. Im back where i belong. With jack. And with everyone else. But mostly with jack. My jack.

He Saw me and started crying tears of joy. Oh jack i love you.

"Thank you Nate. I love you." He said to me while crying and pressing the nurse button. 

"No jack thank you. These last 6 days you are the one that motivated me to keep going. I love you too jack." Right when i said that the nurse came in.

She did what she had to do and she tried flirting with me. So i kissed jack. It was a nice 'we're in love' kiss. When she left we pulled away so he can call the guys. Thats also when the doctor came in so he decided to wait to call so he can hear when i can leave.

"Well Nathan you have recovered a lot while you were in a coma. But you will still wear your cast for another week. Also you can choose a different cast if you want. So since you recovered we want to know if you can walk. Even if you need help. Jack can you please help him up?" So jack got me up and i was walking. After a while i got tired. And jack had to help me.

"Okay since you are better we will have your release forms ready so you can leave."

So jack called the guys when the doctor left and told them to bring me clothes. But then the doctor came back in so jack hung up.

"Nathan since you are still in school and technically you are supposed to be in school today and its still early.  We have to tell you that you are returning to school. It is currently 7 am and jack told me you start at 7:30 so we called the school and said you and 3 friends will be late because you are here. Bye Nathan. I hope you feel better." Shes really nice to me.

So jack had texted the guys and told them to bring me jeans, a shirt, shoes, a sweater, and my backpack. My cast wasn't thick, it was thin so i could cover it with a sweater. Im glad my cast was on my left arm. Cause of that i can easily write.

A few minutes later mark and felix came in with my clothes and i have jack help me change. So once i finished i put my shoes on and we left. They said my backpack was in the car so it was much easier.

Once we signed the release papers we left to the car.

"We're glad you're awake." Mark and felix said at the same time.

I just smiled and looked at my hands. I saw the ring jack gave me. It was beautiful. I loved it.

After a while of just talking we got to the school. It was already 8:30 so we went to the office for a slip but they said they called our teacher since we have the same class. So we waled to class.

When we walked in i went in last because i needed to breathe a little cause i was nervous.

So i walked in. And people starred and started talking and i heard what they were saying.
