Chapter 8

Nate

I was in heaven. I saw my mom. She came. Well i came to her. I love her.

Then i heard sirens...crying....screaming..what?

I looked down....there was an ambulance at my house...thats me...what..they care.

Then who was crying and screaming.

It was jack. Im so sorry. I love him so much.

"Nate baby please wake up i love you...please Nate stay with me...don't leave me."

"Nate!? What are you doing here?" It was my mom.

"I did it mom...i..did it." I was trying to see if she understood.

"No nate you have to go back down there... Please. For me." For her...i will. .. For jack.

He's just there. He's just laying there...lifeless.

Beep...beep....beep.

Whats going on. Thats his heart monitor. He's alive.

He came back. Thank goodness. I love him.

*skip to a few hours at the hospital*

"Nathan Smith." Me, mark, and felix stood up.

"He is in good condition. He has stitches where he cut and a cast on his left arm. But there is one thing. Nathan is in a coma. He will possibly wake up in a few days or in a week. There is a chance that he wont make it." The doctor told us.

"Lets just hope he finds his way home and not his way to the light" mark said.

I felt a tear roll down my cheek. Please make it Nate. Please.

"You may go into his room if you like." The doctor said.

I ran to his room because we knew which room it was.

There he was. Laying in the bed. I hope he makes it.

We are giving you some alone time with him.

I walked up to his bed. I pulled a chair. I held his hand.

"Hey Nate. Its me jack. Yeah i came to be with you. I love you so much. Please stay with me. We are almost done with school. We graduate in about 4 weeks but prom is first. Prom is in a few weeks. I hope you will be in good condition for prom. If you aren't up by prom I'm not going. I want to go with you and only you. So i will come here and hold your hand and just pray that you wake up. After prom we can go home and relax. Then we graduate. Graduation would be fun. Me, You, Mark and Felix will have our own graduation party. We will have fun. Then i will take you out for dinner and i will ask you an important question. You mean the world to me Nate. I hope you know that. Jake is a terrible person for telling you that. Please don't ever listen to him again. I will get you a new phone because when i read the messages with Jake i threw your phone on the floor. It cracked a lot. So i will get you a new one. With a new number. So Jake wont bother you anymore. I love you Nate. You are special to me Nate. I will never let him do anything to you again. I will protect you. So will Mark and Felix. Then i left home with Mark and Felix.

Wow jack really does love me. Im glad he read my messages with Jake. If he didn't i would probably be dead. I just have to find my way out of this empty room.

I saw him. He was crying. I don't think he realized it until the end. He started crying in the middle. I tried wiping his tears but i couldn't move my arm.
