Question 3:

Why are you in 9th grade if you are 13?

This is a really common question that I get as well.

Many people think that I'm a genius (Duh have you read my poems) and that I skipped grade 8.

I was born on November 8 (writing this November 7) so I'm turning 14 tomorrow. Anyone born in the year 1999 is in grade 9 in Ontario, Canada.

But I know that in Quebec, Canada anyone between the months September 1998 and August 1999 are in grade 9. Therefore I would have missed the cut off and would have been in grade 8, so I see the confusion.

Fun fact: In kindergarten I kicked my teacher and refused to go to school, so they actually wanted me to be held back, but my mom fought for me to start with the rest of the kids that are of my age.

Let me know in the comments if you thought I was a super genius too and thought I skipped a grade, and if you can skip a grade which on. I would skip the 6 cause it's just awkward, (read the awkward one on my first account)
