PRESENT DAY, August 19th 2013, 4:10 PM

Atlanta's mind then returned to the present day, and she looked around at the Guardian Council, "I was exiled?"

"Don't play dumb with us!" Sarkly snapped, "You were there when we sent you off with your memories repressed. Your parents begged us to Exile you instead of give you the full punishment for your actions"

"Actions?" Atlanta asked in confusion, "look whoever you are, I don't remember anything...what are you talking about, and why am I even here, and why was I exiled?"

"Because you did this!" Sarkly bellowed, pointing to the crystal object floating above Atlanta's pit.

Atlanta recognized it as Atlantean technology, a crystal like device that would probably put the TV and Network out of business on the surface world.

An imaging Crystal.

The imaging Crystal began showing images of the Tsunamis of 2004 and 2011.

Atlanta had seen these images before, up on the surface when she was with Leanne.

He mother had died in one of those Tsunami's.

But then the images of the Tsunamis faded away to reveal....Atlanta?

But it wasn't the calm and collected warrior Atlanta...the Atlanta she saw in the imagine crystal was rabid and enraged for some reason.

"You surface world Bastards, you killed him! You will all pay, I'll drown you all!" Atlanta screamed in rage in the image, and the Imaging crystal showed the Tsunami's again before becoming inert once again.

Atlanta looked at the image with appalled horror on her face, was that really her?

"You caused the 2011 Tsunami Atlanta" Argus said with a sad but stern demeanor, "In a bid of revenge fuelled by anger, hatred and grief caused by the death of your twin brother. You unleashed a cataclysm onto the Humans on the surface world. When you had instead been sent to prevent it from happening again in the first place".

"What do you mean Argus?" Atlanta asked in surprise, what was Argus getting at?

"He means traitor...." Sarkly interjected, "that instead of stopping the terrorist Depth Charge from causing another Tsunami, and when your brother died in the field of battle, you did the job for him yourself!"

"What are you the mouth piece of the group?" Atlanta scowled at Sarkly, she couldn't remember him. He must have been new, but she knew already that she didn't like him.

"I'm the prosecutor!" Sarkly snapped.

"Because of you, Depth Charge got a surge of followers among the disgruntled and fringe members of the Aquatics that see him as a martyr and a savior. It took us three years to quell this unrest, your running around with your powers up there is not something we can allow to go unchecked or unpunished since it was made clear you're capable of and willing to do acts of mass murder".

"Which is why..." Argus said with a sigh, "we the Guardians of Atlantis with a heavy heart and regret, sentence you Atlanta to..."

"The Piranha's Teeth!" Sarkly declared proudly.

"Silence Sarkly!" Argus said glaring at the over-eager prosecutor "The punishment we all had agreed on wasn't to send her to the Piranha's teeth. Not when the King and Queen would have our heads for killing their daughter".

"Oh..." Sarkly said in sarcasm, "so instead of going straight to the death penalty, we decide to put her down in the dungeons for life? Where's the justice in that?"
