MANAMI'S POINT OF VIEW
"Naruto you idiot!" I shouted towards the clueless blonde who walked towards the house in the rain with another boy who I assumed was my student. Frustrated, I grabbed two umbrellas and started running out to them.
Great, and just as I was about to make some tea for the both of them. How idiotic can they be to just plainly walk in the rain as if there weren't any consequences.
"Here." I jolted each of them an umbrella, huffing out a breath and turning on my heel walking towards the house, not even noticing the rain. It frustrated me, and secondly they didn't have any jackets! They could come down with pneumonia or catch a cold, so inconsiderate I swear.
"Manami, you're so clueless aren't you?" Naruto chuckled, holding his umbrella over the both of them while Sasuke glared at me without my noticing.
I felt a faint crimson blush creep to my face as I felt flustered by Naruto's generous action. "I'm clueless? You two dimwits were just walking in this cold rain without any jackets or umbrellas." I mumbled to myself angrily as we approached the house.
After an hour or two, the boys' clothes were finally dry. They relaxed on the couch and started doing homework with one another, which surprised me because Sasuke was supposed to being doing homework with me. (Cue the animated sweat drop please.)
"You guys sure are a pair of idiots." I mumbled under my breath, but it was too late because both of them heard and shouted something in unison.
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING IDIOT?!" Both of their voices yelled, causing me to smile nervously. The two, they're exactly alike when you look closer. It wouldn't hurt to get to know this Sasuke boy. Naruto was like my best friend, a little brother to me, Sasuke could easily be influenced by Naruto's new behavior and grades.
Sooner or later, the duo had finished their homework and began talking. "Hey, Nami? What ever happened to your boyfriend Neji?" Naruto questioned, calling me by my nickname.
"Boyfriend? That old bat has a boyfriend?" Sasuke said aloud, causing me to "accidentally" hit him over the head with the plate I was drying with a towel. Ignoring Sasuke's rude remark I focused on the question at hand.
I tensed slightly at what Naruto said and smiled widely in response. "A few days ago he got mad and stormed off, I haven't seen him since then." I scratched the back of my head in a nervous attempt to calm myself. Neji was just acting like a child, but I thought it was cute. I loved him with everything that I have.
"Does he still.." Naruto trailed off, a worried look plastered across his face.
I huffed out a breath in irritation, pinching his cheek with all my might. "Come now, my little pretty that's nothing to worry about!"
As I pinched and played with Naruto's cheeks, I could tell out of the corner of my eye that what Naruto was getting on about had made Sasuke curious. "So anyways, what made you want to be my tutor? I bet you just did it to be near Itachi. Tell me, did you already have sex with him? Why don't you just quit? You probably only got this job because I look exactly like him so you thought you'd make a move on me expecting something else when he turned you down, isn't that right?"
As all these questions flooded my way, I couldn't help but feel confusion. "What are you talking about?"
Sasuke's eyes widened in disbelief at my words.
"You are your own person. I don't know who Itachi is, but I'm sure that you, on your own is good enough. So stop comparing yourself to him." I stated finishing the dishes and sitting down on the floor by the coffee table while the two sat on the couch.
"See, Sasuke? Nami sure is nice." Naruto said, pinching my cheeks with his hands. "She's so cute too."
This irritated me, "Knock it off you weirdo!" I punched him square in his nose, causing it to bleed.
"Naruto!" I yelled out worriedly, running to the kitchen to grab a dry towel and wiping the blood from his nose. "I'm sorry, I punched you a little bit too hard."
"No it's okay, I probably deserved it." Naruto said sheepishly.
"You're damn right you did." I mumbled under my breath and soon afterwards the two of us started laughing uncontrollably towards each other. I laughed so hard my stomach was beginning to hurt while Sasuke stared at me in deep thought.
