Hey everyone. Let all sit down and have a little chat about some things cx

Now, I've been pretty lenient on what I let happen in this roleplay, have I not?

I mean letting the Lannisters totally sack King's Landing in the beginning, letting multiple people have dragons and wolves and rare objects that they probably shouldn't have, and obviously not putting myself above the rules (even though there were so many things I really wished I could have done with my characters that I can't do....) because it would not have been fair to any of you. I hold myself to the same standards as all of you, as any good admin should.

I expect you to follow my rules and give me due respect, and you'll get that respect right back from me.

Basically, I run this roleplay like a Stark runs his household. Honestly and fairly.

But let me be utterly honest here.

These past few weeks I've been noticing a lot of people taking liberties in the roleplay. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

Liberties are fine, this is to have fun for EVERYONE, right? And some of these ideas are good ones! They are! But I have to draw the line when ideas become too much, or illogical things happen, etc.

So please, I'd really appreciate it if you'd stop acting like I'm a killjoy every time I say no or interrupt something cx Remember it is my roleplay too, and I am very detail oriented. Hell, GRR Martin is extremely detail oriented. And I want it to be the best it can be!

I've already spoken with several people on the subject, to make sure I'm not overreacting and that it isn't just me, and found that it isn't just me. I won't mention names unless they would like me to, they know who they are.

Now. There are several things that I've seen happening I'm putting up for discussion because I believe they will cause issues.

-The seemingly very easy acquisition of direwolves. One of my characters had to give every penny she had along with her soul to buy the cheapest one. (The Starks are an exception, duh, they have most of the direwolves and Lord Stark is not keen on sharing). And a litter was found and given out? Or was it bought? Let's be honest here, can the Mormonts really afford several direwolf pups, seeing as those are probably twice as expensive as grown ones? I'm just trying to be logical here, so not everyone has a direwolf. Because that's kind of power-playing.

-Certain roleplay details that are sort of important but come as a complete surprise to me (come on people, if you have an idea I have to know, because I want to make sure it makes sense and is fair to everyone first) [I'm looking at you Lancion SNOW, you did say he's a bastard, which changes a loooooooooot of things]

-Character development and personality variance. I believe I have yet to see a character that doesn't have either stunning intellect, gorgeous looks, or massive strength in this roleplay (Elaenys: *mumbles* Except Darric.. He's got none of the three.) besides some of my characters, and maybe three or four of the rest of them. Maybe your character is beautiful, and does have some smarts, but is weak or has trouble with strategy, you see what I mean? It's all about balance! That way everyone's level and no one is power-playing cx

And not every character has to be powerful. Seriously. I have a deck hand that owns nothing but the clothes on his back and maybe a silver stag but that's it, and a scared little steward who scurried everywhere like a mouse. But that doesn't mean they don't matter or are pointless. (Enter Súla, who went from poor dancer to King's consort in several months, and Brannyn, who is investigating the food thievery in Castle Black) [Looking at you Wolf. Yeah I saw your username change I SEE ALLLLLLLLL. But seriously that wasn't exactly sly]

-Let me have the throne awhile, would ya? XD I just got it back and some of you were already talking about trying to take it again! Chillllllll. Besides..... I have my own plans too. Cx

-When I say no, I mean it cx I realize now I'll have to be more firm, that's fine. Honestly, how I run all this shit depends on all of you! Make it easy on me, I'll make it easy on you, that's fair I think!

I do make plots for you people but sometimes you negate them yourselves by doing other things, big sillies :P I have a folder of certain ideas..... Expect much misery from the next twist, that's all I'll say. Heh.

Also! I'm going to reorganize the book to have more chapters since all the chains are confusing. I'll make chapters for the more populated places like Castle Black and Winterfell, those two are very popular. If you have any other major places you want made into a separate chapter, feel free to let me know!
