I've been planning a few plot twists, trying to work out the details and stuff but here some of them are-

IN ESSOS
It seems.......... rainy. All the time. The rain doesn't seem like it's going to stop either, and even the Dothraki khalasars are having trouble traversing the land with all of the rain making the land mudding and flooded. The sky, however, still always looks blue in spite of the rain, a pretty crystal blue.
Most rivers have become dreadfully salty- and toxic. Whatever seems to be in the water kills any person who ingests it or gets it into a wound. People who get whatever this sickness is tend to only have 48 hours left to live, 48 very painful hours of throwing up. In some cases though, some people have been known to be healed
Even before this outbreak it seemed like villages were vanishing, or being swallowed up whole. And the trail of vanishings is headed straight for the Free Cities and the coast.
IN WESTEROS
On one quiet night, all went still and even the bird's refused to sing and the animals hid. Suddeny, amidst all the quiet there was a loud and resounding BOOM, thundering off to all corners of Westeros. Another BOOM sounded off just after the first. As those up north close enough to see the Wall would see, an entire section of the Wall on one side..... collapsed. Or, to be more specific, melted. The section nearest and around Castle Black and beyond there seems in tact, though...
