The Dothraki Sea, all the cities that way across the water from Westeros.
White Walkers aren't a problem at all here! But the cities have all closed their doors to refugees, so those that come here seeking refuge either get trapped outside of city walls or they are found by the Dothraki and quickly enslaved.
There is no shortage of dragons here, but they will not cross the water. They've been known to cause quite a lot of mischief: eating people, burning things down, and the like.
