This is when things really start.

The man who owned the deep voice now had me by the throat, I still couldn't see the person, but I can tell you there were a lot of stars. Pretty.. I could feel my eyes close and the ground. Then felt something cold in my right hand. Cold.. Why is it cold? If I listened hard enough, I could hear loud noises. Where am I?
The next thing I know, there are footsteps and breathing all around me. I felt myself being cautiously lifted from the ground, almost as if I would pop up and scare them. I giggled. Why did I giggle? I heard them all step back, and then a loud popping noise, then all I felt was pain.
~~~~~~~~
Opening my eyes was something I wish I didn't do as all I could see was a bright light. I closed my eyes again, then there was a voice I could barely understand, but it told me to open my eyes, which I did. The first person I saw was Tim and a few of his police friends. They were all in uniform, which was strange. They don't like wearing them at Tim and I's house.. Then I remembered the pain, the confusing little me running away from the noise of a gun shot. The man with the deep voice, and the even more pain.
"Tyler." Tim said, as if this were the first time we met. I am so confused, what did I do?
"Yes Tim?" I asked, voicing my confusion. Only to be met with a handful of glares.
"Why did we find you out with a gun, Tyler? I didn't know you were a murderer." Tim said coldly, taking out a gun with his gloved hand. "This gun killed three innocent people today, and you were the one who fired the gun at them." He continued coldly. I only stared in shock.
"I didn't!" I pleaded, but none of them seemed convinced.
"This isn't the first time we've heard this, kid." Some older man said. I only gaped, trying to think about what had happened yesterday. Why can't I remember..?
"But.." I tried, but they only cut me off.
~~~~~~~
They had my hands cuffed, and I was being brought to my cell. I wasn't in a room with anyone else, as Tim still cared about me, but he couldn't show it. I know he doesn't think I did it, but I have nothing to prove I'm innocent. So they had to throw me in jail. I'm going to court in a week. I can't believe this is happening...
~~Marks POV~~
There my friend goes, getting himself in trouble again. Him and a few others of my friends are about to go rob a store. I don't ever go, as I tend to be a 'good boy'. I was watching them from the corner, they didn't know it though. I had called the cops and told them to come when I said, as my friends always have a way to bail inside the stores, so I want to wait until they get out. That is, until I see an attractive man who looked familiar walk towards the store.
"Tyler.." What was he doing? That idiot! How was he supposed to know.. I'm the idiot! My thoughts were rudely disrupted by a gun shot. I saw Tyler freeze and run. Fuck.. He looks so suspicious! That egghead! I quickly called the cops, but forgot to mention Tyler was innocent. I was on the call with Tim. Fuck! I'm the egghead!
My friends were chasing Tyler, but he didn't know they were. I had to leave before my friends saw me, and I'm sure the cops will catch them. Knowing Tim is with them, they'll know he's innocent, right?

Well! I think I forgot to add something in Marks POV that I wanted in there.. But oh well! If I remember, I'll add it in later.
