"Dreaming"
date unknown
Once in a while, my mind likes to crawl out of my confining skin headquarters and loop through countless wormholes to any destination, many of these places unknown by the brain itself. As it ponders in the adrenaline from successfully breaking out of the borders, it realizes that just because the skin is gone, nothing has changed except for an expansion of borders. Now, instead of flesh surroundings my thoughts are met with brittle walls of things imported directly out of factories or planted from products. When this sets in, a devastating tantrum occurs and after it is done, the ground appears to have been ripped from the core of the earth and steel walls go down once more. My mental device has not put the consideration of escaping to this extent at this distance through its coils and quickly becomes exhausted. Along its journey it has seen wonderful things and terrible things, objects far beyond what the brain thinks lie in anyone's imagination. It has been the first time the creature has traveled this far and it must pursue its dreams, it just continues, it must persevere... as if someone has flipped a switch, it promptly falls asleep again. I am now awake and ready to start the day without my brain.
