Even before I regained consciousness from sleeping, I could hear James fuming in anger beside me. I opened my eyes and found that James was pacing beside my bed. When he turned around and saw that I was awake, he just stood there, bewildered. Finally, when he said something, it happened to be the thing that, out of everything, I didn't want to hear the most. "Oh, look. Your majesty, Mrs.Liren, is awake."

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"You know exactly what I'm talking about! The name explains everything! Mrs.Liren! How could you! What about your parents?! What about Emily?! What about your other best friend, Megan?!" After he finished yelling, he turned around to stare out of the window, "What about me?" He whispered.

"Well, it's not like I signed up for this!"

"Oh, don't even pull that crap! That's for seven a year-old. This wasn't my fault," He imitated a child, "I didn't do it. Bull crap! I can't even believe that you would do this! I... I..." He voiced a series of curse words and stormed out. I buried my head in my hands, but got up to make myself presentable for the queen.

I turned around to find a black brick, wait, no, a gigantic suit. I looked up to find a man with a cord running from his ear. A version of a CIA agent, but five times larger. "I guess that you're going to take me to the queen." He simply nodded and stood by the door. "Okay, I'm ready," I said as I tied my converse shoe laces. All the clothes that were in the closet were either dresses or skirts with fancy shirts and sparkly high heels or flats, despite all of my clothes that were, mysteriously brought here from my house, including all of my regular shoes. Trust me, I am not one to wear fancy things.

As I walked into a random room that the "CIA Agent" lead me to, I noticed that no one was in it. I looked back, but the man was gone. I turned a full three-hundred and sixty degrees and brought in the characteristics of the room. It looked like an average, empty room, except that there was only two wing back chairs, a running fire place and windows that showed that it was cold and rainy outside. I sat in one of the chairs and stared at the fire.

"Well look who finally came to see me." I turned to a voice behind me.

The voice belonged to a young women. Her eyes shined with wisdom.

"Um, uh, hi, Mrs.Liren, my name is-"

"Oh, please, sweetheart! Just call me Laura! Since you're marrying my son, I think we should be on a first name basis!" She gave me a smile. She looked around her mid-twenties. Was this the Queen that was like a billion years old?

"You see I have been waiting for you. Ever since Aaron has been to this planet he has been lonely. Now you can keep him company for centuries to come!" She seemed so happy I didn't want to rain on her parade and tell her I would have to be dragged kicking and screaming to my own wedding...

"Umm..Mrs- L-laura? Aren't you supposed to be really old?"

"Well when you get married into the royal family you stop aging! Now enough about me! What about you? What do you like to do?"

"Well I like to play rugby with James..Or liked. I like to draw and read and make people laugh." I sighed wishfully and thought back to school. When i was the class clown and when I wasn't tying the knot with an alien.

"No dear, let me re-phrase that. What do you like to wear? What kind of dresses, shoes and makeup do you wear?" She smiled still.

"Ummm...I don't like dresses. Jeans and t-shirts suit me more. I like high tops" I showed her by looking down and wiggling my toes inside my shoes. "And I don't wear makeup..." I felt a little insecure. I never felt like it was important to dress up for school. I don't have anyone to impress and I don't have enough time in the morning to try.
