My eyes peeled open from a long night's sleep. I rubbed my eyes as they adjusting to the sunlight coming through my blinds. I sat up in my bed and yawned. I got off my bed and walked over to my dresser to dress. A pile of identical clothes from the ones I wore yesterday were neatly folded on my dresser with a note on top of it. The note read;

Thought you might need a new pair of clothes. You can thank me later. Meet me in the mess hall when you are dressed. Sincerely,

Tracer

I made a mental note to thank her when I see her next. I quickly washed the remaining amount of blood of my body in the shower. I stepped out after a good 5 minutes and dried my body off. I redressed myself and headed out the door. I walked into the mess hall and quickly scanned the room for Tracer. I saw her sitting at a table in the far back with Amy. I slowly made my way over through the crowd.

"Morning," I said, sitting down next to Amy. They both muttered their 'Good Morning' back to me, very groggily. The already grabbed a bowl of cereal for me from the buffet. I thanked them both. Eventually, the three of us began to wake up more, enough to actually hold a conversation between one another. They began to ask who I was talking about yesterday when I told them how I got my powers. I came so close to telling them everything but I stopped. As much as I already told them, I still didn't have enough trust and faith to tell them everything. I made some bullshit story up about how my dad worked as a scientist and they used to experiment on me. Then I fucked up. I told them it was a one of a kind experiment that would change the world. Most importantly, I told them that my dad was the first to come up with this. At the time, I didn't know I fucked up so I was very confused why Tracer was giving me the evil eye.

"Are you sure that's what actually happened?" Tracer asked, still eyeing me. My heart skipped a beat

"Were they on to me?" I thought to myself.

"Um...yeah, y-yes it is..," I said, stuttering quite a bit. I could tell she could see right through me but she let it slide, oddly enough.

"Well, we have some special training for the both of you today. For the first half of the day. You are coming with me, Evan. For the second half, you are going with Gengi. And the opposite goes for you, Amy. Alright?" I nodded my head in compliance.

"Good. Follow me," Tracer said, standing up from the table. Amy and I followed close behind. Once we arrived in the training room we walked pretty deep into the forest until we arrived at a small house that resembled some kind of Dojo. Genji stood outside awaiting our arrival.

"Good morning, everyone," He said in his thick Japanese accent. We exchanged Hello's and dropped off Amy with him.

"We have to go a little further," Tracer said, walking forward away from the Dojo. I followed her until we left the forest and came across an arctic biome. Tracer and I trekked on further through the snow until we reached a fairly flat piece of land.

"Okay, so what I want you to do is run through the snow and I will throw snowballs at you, ok? Tracer asked me while forming a snowball in her hand.

"What does this have to do with training?" I asked, puzzled.

"Just do it. Trust me." She said. I set up in a sprint position.

"3,2,1 GO!" Tracer yelled, giggling and throwing snowballs at me, I dodge a couple of them, then one nasty curve ball hits me square and in the chest.

"Gotcha!" Tracer said, laughing uncontrollably, almost falling over.

"Okay, how is this training?!" I say, a little frustrated.

"Throw one at me, now!" She says, spreading her arms out. I pick up a blob of snow, mold it into a ball then lob it at Tracer. She didn't even bother to dodge it letting it land on her head, wetting her hair.
