The Unexpected Pain

Kid(POV)

I woke up to a bit of faint sunlight shining into the room I fell asleep in. I looked to my right and saw Lisa leaning against me, her head on my shoulder. I felt the heat raise to my cheeks and I slowly got up, picking her bridal style and laid her on the bed. I walked out of the room and quietly woke up Liz and Patty, Leaving quickly after that.

TIME SKIP ( 2 WEEKS LATER)

" KID!" Patty yelled, not helping the headache I Had. I turned to look at her, only to get hit in the face with a paper animal, at least I think it was a animal. I rubbed my forehead slowly and looked at patty who was laughing. I turned around and kept walking, my headache seemed it increase.

" Hey Kid, where ya going!" Liz yelled. I glanced back at her.

" I'm going to go talk to my father." I said loudly. She nodded and grabbed patty who was still laughing. I Looked forward and started walking again. It was a slow and long walk, but I really was in no rush. It's been two weeks since I meet Lisa and I curious about her past. Even to say, I'm curious about everyone's past, but her, she seems to have a darker past then the other's. I walked up the steps slowly, wanting to talk to my father in person was something I did often, but only when I really wanted answers. I opened the doors and walked towards where my father always was. I opened the door and saw my father. I also saw Lisa. They didn't notice me so I waited at the doors and listened in to there conversation.

" So Lisa have you been having problems with your powers?" My father asked.

" No." She answered flatly.

"Hmm ok, Are you seeing anything weird?" My father asked her.

" No." She answered, I could tell she was annoyed.

" Any weird dreams?" He asked. Lisa went quiet.

" Lisa?" My father asked again.

" Some." She answered quietly.

" Hmm, do you mind telling me what their about." My father asked giving her a thumbs up. Lisa nodded and began slowly,

" There is actually two that I keep having. One is always my mother standing in the darkness holding out a hand. I have a choice, go with her or die, I always choose die. " she said quietly. ' Is her mother that bad to want to die in stead of going with her?' My father nodded.

" And the other one." He asked.

" Well this has my mother in it, but someone else is in it too..." She said trailing off.

" Who?" My father said leaning forward.

" Kid." Lisa answered quietly. I stared at her in shock and my father also seem surprised.

" You know Kid is my son?" My father asked. Lisa looked up and shrugged.

" I guessed as much."

" Kid has no idea I took you in may years ago."

" That I did not know, so he has no idea that my father is Satan?" Lisa asked.

" No." He said. My eyes widened and I walked forward. I stood at the steps and cleared my throat. Both my father and Lisa looked back at my quickly.

" Kid!" Lisa said. I ignored her and stared at my father.

" Father may I talk to you? In private?" I asked, trying to leave out the anger in my voice, which failed.

" Ummm Lisa it would be best for you to leave now." My father said. I could tell he was kind of nervous. Lisa nodded and walked next to me, glancing at me before she left the room.

" You have some explaining to do." I said quietly. My father sighed and nodded.

TIME SKIP ( AFTER TALKING TO LORD DEATH)

I walked out of my fathers room, only to be greeted by Lisa.

" Kid, I-"

" I don't want to hear it." I said walking past her. I was in a bad mood and the headache I had only seemed to worsen by the minute. I was done with this crap. I just wanted to go home and sleep this off. I walked out side and heard running behind me. Someone grabbed my arm and turned to see Lisa.

" Kid let me explain." She said. I yanked my arm away from her and turned around.

" There is nothing to explain." I said walking.

" Kid! Come back here!" She yelled.

" Leave me alone."

"NO!" She yelled.

" Why do you care about what I think?!" I yelled turning to face her. I couldn't take it anymore. She looked at me surprised.

" Because your my friend, even if you don't think about me as a friend! I care about you Kid!" She said loudly.

I scoffed and turned to walk of again.

" I do!" She almost yelled. I kept walking and ignored her.

"KID!" She yelled. Again I ignored her. ' She doesn't care about me, she's just putting up an act.' I thought, walking through the streets to my mansion. I opened the door and shut it quickly, only to be greeted by Liz and Patty.

" Hey Kid!" Patty said. Liz looked up at me. I walked past both of them without answering.

" Kid?" Liz said standing up. I ignored and walked up the steps towards my room.

" Kid?!" Liz yelled chasing after me, but I was already in my room. I slammed the door shut and locked it.

" Kid?! What's wrong?" I heard Liz yell through the door. I didn't answer. I laid in my bed and stuffed my face into my pillow, while Liz kept calling my name. I slowly fell asleep, while Liz banged on the door.
