Chapter 19

Marinette opened her eyes as Adrien back away from the kiss. "Yyour back!" He yelled and kissed her again. "Please don't leave me again."

"I'm sorry." Marinette whispered as everyone came too, remembering everything but the last five minutes where Hawkmoth and Marinette were arguing.

"Je T'aime Marinette." Adrien kissed her again.

"Je T'aime Adrien." She kissed him back as the class ran up to them.

"Dudette you were so strong! You took over all of Paris for three days and almost killed Chat!" Nino yelled as Marinette grew dizzy.

"Marinette?"  Mylene and Sabrina said as they walked over to them. Marinette tried to stand only to fall over, unconscious.

"Marinette!" Everyone screamed again as Adrien caught her. He ran her up to the room and lied her down on the bed.

"Princess please wake up." Adrien lied her hands down on her stomach and waited for her to wake up.

~~~~~{FIVE HOURS LATER}~~~~~

Adrien was barely able to keep his eyes open.  He needed her to wake up. She's held him together and stopped him from collapsing into a total mess. He held her limp hand up to his face. "Please wake up."

"No luck?" Ivan said as him and Mylene stopped at the door.

"No.  It's like she's gone into a coma. And if she did then we need to take her to a hospital." Adrien sighed and put her hand back down.

"Get something to eat Adrien. You've been by her side all afternoon and didn't eat breakfast three days ago." Mylene said.

"No.  I need to be here when she wakes up." Adrien looked at her as her chest raised and fell in a pattern slowly.

"Your eating." Ivan picked him up and put him over his shoulder.

"Let me go!" Adrien yelled and hit his back. Everyone followed them as Ivan walked to the kitchen.

"Eat."  Mylene crossed her arms as Ivan held him to a chair.

"I need to be there for her!" Adrien yelled grabbing Ivan's left hand off of his shoulder and flipping him onto the ground. Adrien stormed out of the room and back into his. He sat by Marinette side and held her hand. "I love you Marinette." Adrien said as he kissed her knuckles.

Marinette groaned as she woke up and his face light up. "Where am I?"

"Marinette!"  Adrien yelled and hugged her tight. "Don't scare me like that."

"I'm sorry."  Adrien cupped her face and kissed her. He pulled away and showed her in kisses. "Adrien how long was I passed out?"

"Five hours." He sighed and hugged her as the class watched from the window.

"How long was I in control." Marinette gulped fearing the answer.

"Three days."

"Adrien you need to eat! You didn't eat breakfast and I'm guessing ignored everyone's pleads to eat!"

"I needed to be here for you. I wasn't going to leave your side for a stupid thing like eating."

"Adrien you need to eat." She pushed him away and looked at the clock. 3:45. "Let me make you lunch."

"No. Get your rest I'm sure your tired from all of that fighting."

"No Adrien. Stop putting off the fact that the only times I have see you eat is when I made dinner and the barbecue. Please let me make you lunch."

"You need you re-"

"No I don't!" Marinette yelled and got off the bed. "You need to eat! Your withering away and I'm not going to let you starve." Marinette snapped.

"Please let me-"

"No! Your starving yourself and all for what?! Your fathers fashion line?! I've had it. Your going to eat, your going to get stronger, and your going to get better!"  Marinette grabbed his arm and dragged him down to the kitchen where she made him and the house sandwiches. "Eat it." She put the plate in front of him. He took a small bit and put it back down. "Adrien eat more then a bite."

"No.  I have a diet to follow." Adrien stood up only to be pushed back into the seat by Marinette.

"Screw your stupid diet. Your dying Adrien. Your not getting enough nutrient so your body is eating itself! Isn't that right Max! His body is eating itself!"

The class came out terrified of her. Max gulped before he spoke.  "Yes. Adrien is not eating enough thus his body is eating itself. By the way he's been eating for his whole life his body should've given out by now."

"You heard him! Eat it!" Marinette yelled and everyone flinched. She balled her hands into fists.

"Marinette I'm fine. I don't need to-" Adrien started to stand.

"Yes you do!" She yelled. Hot tears coming down her face. "Your dying and I'm not going to let you leave me! Eat and get better! You can't leave me!"

"Marinette." Alya was worried for her. She saw her white knuckles and the class back away with the sandwiches and popcorn and watched Adrien and Marinette.

"Marinette I'm fine." Adrien said trying to calm her.

"No your not! When we were fifteen you had a healthy tan that made you glow and now your tan is so unhealthy! I'm not letting you kill yourself!"

"I have no choice Marinette!" Adrien slapped his hands against the table and she flinched. He lifted his hands and it left a small indent. "I HAVE to follow my fathers wishes. I HAVE to make him happy. If he doesn't want me to eat so he can hold up our family name I'll let him!"

"You don't have to Adrien! You have your own life that he can't control!"

"Yes he can! Ever since my mother died I let him do anything he wanted to make him happy. He was happy making me a model so I let him do this!"

"He doesn't control you!"

"Yes he does!"

"He treats you more like property then a son! Your going to die if you don't eat!" Marinette slammed her fist onto the table leaving an indent. She didn't even flinch at the pain that shot through her body.

"He doesn't treat me like that! He loves me!"

"Does he! You rarely see him and know nothing about him!"

"I know he loved my mother and me enough to waste all of his money on treatments for us!" Adrien yelled as hot tears came down his face.

"Adrien." Marinette whimpered.

"I was the only one who got through it! She died because of me! If he's happy starving me I'll let him!" He slammed his fists down on the table leaving a deep indent.

"But I won't! I'm happy when you smile and are healthy! Your not healthy so please eat something!" Marinette yelled  And the class flinched as she hit her hands against the table.

"If I let him do this maybe I can see her again!" Adrien yelled and stormed out of the house.
