Every normal people has his mobile phone in Swedish language; but I really think that this is only for people who lives in Sweden.
Maybe also near Sweden, I don't know maybe we could say the same with people from the Finnish border.
It doesn't matter so much because you imagine perfectly where this people is normal.
When your Swedish phone comes to Spain it is not.
Well, at least if you are a Swedish tourist who wants to see the country...
