Elizabeth POV

Zale pushed a button and held onto me, tightly. "This is going to be dangerous," he mumbled in my ear. I took and shaky breath and then my heart dropped. We were dropping down, gaining speed as we did so. I tried to scream..but my heart filled my throat. I was going into extreme terror, and to make matters worse...Zale's arms were loosening. His arms were slipping and coiling back toward him. I grabbed his hands right when they flew off me, and I was now officially holding on for dear life. Gravity pulled at my feet, attempting to pry me from Zale. I had no upper body strength what so ever. I was going to loose him...and fly up into the air...and come crashing down. I was going to die. I sucked in my breath, gingerly close my eyes.....and let go.

Zale POV

As soon as I pressed the button, we shot downward. It was like we were falling, but I knew were weren't. At the last second the seat stops and we gently touched the ground. The farther down we went the faster we were going. I felt my hand sliping and I started to freak out.I couldn't let go and grab on again to get a better grip then she would fall. Silently I prayed for this to be over. My hands kept slipping....and until I was only holding on with my finger tips. Finally, my hands fell back, but before they could recoil back to my sides, Elizabeth grabbed my hands. She was literally holding on for dear life. My heart was banging in my chest....my mind attempting to focus on gripping onto her. She was getting whipped backward, and it was getting hard to hold on.  Her grip was loosening......oh my gosh. Something weird was going on she was closing her eyes, and she her hands were...purposly sliding back. "No." I thought. She wasn't going to let go on me. She couldn't die. Her fingers slid back, and she was falling, she let go.

"NO," I screamed. I lunged out of the seat, and grabber hand. "I won't let you go, or die...ever." I excalimed. "Just let me go....or we will both die." Elizabeth said pleadingly. "It's the risk I am willing to take for you, I will try to save you...heck, I would even die for you!" I preached. Now I was only holding on with my foot, which was not very secure.

It was going to let up any time now.

We were going to die.

Great.

I felt it, my foot coming off from the chair.

Then.

We flew off.

We

were
