Zale POV
"I thought you weren't home!" I said slightly esasperated.
"I can't leave you here and you know it!" my dad shot back surprised at my tone of voice. "Now aren't going anywhere."
"But," and with that I explained the whole situation down the the point where Elizabeth could be dead. My dad's face paled as I talked, and then we went into a deep silence. I could tell my dad was weighing the situation out. I shook my head and tried to walk to the door again, but my dad raised his hand as a warning to stay where I was.
After what seemed like a million years of wasted time, my dad finally spoke. "I think that if you really really really really love her, you can go...but only if you realllllllllllly do," my dad said holding out the l in the last really.
Then it was my turn to think. I thought about the years we spent being best friends, and the past year when we were more than that. I quickly came to realize I didn't love her. I needed her. It's the simple fact. I more than loved her.
"I really really really do dad," I said sincerely.
My dad looked at me for awhile then said, "Then go and save your girl," and with that I burst through the door and sprinted down the street.
After awhile of running straight I stopped. Where was I even going? I pondered this while I stood in the middle of the rode. I knew it would be something nobody would think of. I thought about it only for a second, because I heard a loud honk as a giant truck came barrelling towards me. I ran for it, not thinking clearly enough to jump out of the way.
I ran while looking behind me trying to see if the driver had anything to do with my uncle. All I could see was a faint halo coming from the person head, before I fell into a hole and fell into cold water.
"Where am I?" I muttered, angry at the stupid haloed truck driver. My eyes soon adjusted to the light, and I realized where I was. The sewer. I shuddered at the dirtiness of the water, and tried to ignore the waste that floated past me down a pipe.
I waded towards the other side of the area, where I saw concrete I could stand on. I sat on the concrete, wondering what the heck I should do next. That's when the next warning came.
Elizabeth POV
This time I woke in a metal cage, that still hung over the lava.
"Sorry it took a while for your cage to be fashioned," said a sweet voice. Wait sweet? I was in some guys layer!
I searched for the source of the voice, and saw what looked like Brooke. Except minus the makeup, and the kid look. She looked around 20, and she had dark brown hair. Guilt was written all over her face.
"Whoa," I said astonished at her transformation. She looked so pretty without the whole, be scared look going on.
"Shhhhh, I wasn't here," she said running behind a rock. A puzzled look overcame me when I heard the all too familiar evil laugh.
"So my wonderful wife brought you your cage?" he said teasingly, almost like a high school bully.
I rolled my eyes at his fake attempt to be scary, and sat on the cage. Anger flared in his eyes and he show a fire ball at the top of the cage. I felt a hitch and soon I was falling and fallling and falling.........

Elizabeth POV
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" I screamed tumbly in the cage towards the lava. I was just about to his the bottom when I frozen. Literally. I was a block of ice, and although it was better than being burned to death, it wasn't all to favorable.
I tried moving my eyes, and with success, I saw the man pointing his ice power at me. Why didn't he let me die? I moved my eyes a bit more to one side, and I saw someone that made me heart leap. It was Zale.
Zale POV
"I'm here!" I screamed as I erupted into my uncles layer. My uncle flicked his hand one way and shot his ice powers down to the lava below. I looked where he was shoot and it was Liz! I gasped in horror as I realized I was here not a moment too soon.
