I woke up at like two in the afternoon the next day and surely enough, Niall was gone.

I'm not used to sleeping that late but I was up half the night.

I walked into the kitchen and saw a note on the fridge

*Like I said, I'm out tending to the roses. I'll bring some back to you xox

P.s. text me when you're awake, I reactivated one of my old phones for you ;)*

I looked to the side of the fridge and there was an old iPhone. I was actually incredibly excited to have an iPhone because I could never afford one.

*I'm awake and I got your note. That was sweet to give me this phone. Make sure you bring back me some pink roses :)*

I sent my text and went into Niall's pantry for cereal.

This thing could fit six bodies.

*Anything for you ;)*

I read his response while I poured trix in a bowl with milk.

I playfully rolled my eyes and texted him back.

*I'm going out today to possibly find jobs. I need the money, so I won't be here when you get back*

I sat down at his table and slowly ate my cereal while I looked in the newspaper for easy jobs with good pay.

I found one for clothes designing and I immediately knew this was the one I would do.

I put my empty bowl in the sink and walked into my room to get ready.

I needed to be presentable for this interview if I wanted the job.

I took a quick shower and dried my hair before curling the tips.

I put on some light brown eyeshadow with eyeliner and mascara.

*Which job do you think you'll sign up for?*

If it took him long enough to respond.

*I'm going to go try and interview to be a fashion designer. They need more employees. The interview is in an hour. What took you so long to respond?*

I reached in my closet and grabbed my red dress. It was tight and really brought out my curves and it lays just in the middle of my thighs.

I slipped it on over my lace under garments.

*I was just sitting by the lake thinking*

*What were you thinking about?*

*You*

My heart fluttered at those words.

Why is it that everything he says make me smile or get butterflies?

Guys have never had that effect on me.

I found a hand bag and slipped a few makeup things in it and my phone.

Just as I started to leave I realized that riding my bike in a short dress was no a good idea.

Fuck my dad for never teaching me to drive.

I lazily walked down to the end of the neighborhood and waited for a taxi.

"Money please ma'am." the driver said when I got in.

Shit.

"I don't have any." I mumbled.

"Then I can't take you."
