Sneak Peak of (book 2 of 3) Newsies: Welcome Autumn.
-
Autumn was Kitty Parker's favourite season. She loved seeing the splashes of red, orange and yellow thrown out the place. It made her job more bright, and inviting. Every time she got up on those roofs, she felt like she was looking into a painting. Autumn was also her least favourite season. The weather got colder, and it just snowed. Not to mention the fact that she bumped into him.

Eliza hated the name they called her. 'Ginger' They cried, howling with laughter. It made her freckled cheeks go bright. But when she told them to stop, the Harlem Hearties cackled loudly, refusing to. They made fun of her hair, her white skin, and her freckles. And she'd had enough, she was sick of those Hearties telling her what to do. And so she ran away, and found him.

Celeste Swan was a performer. She spent her days on the stage, performing to the richer society. She danced, singed, acted. She swung from a swing, and threw flowers and kisses to the audience. She loved every minute of it. Except the minutes were she was with the Big Boss. A fat, awful smelling, ugly man, who had his way with her. And there was nothing she could do, until she met him.
