"Im kinda scared" I heard Jenni as I typed on my phone
"you wuss" I tell her putting a cookie in my mouth
"so are you ever gonna like talk to me or are you just gonna be on your phone?" she asks me
"Jesus Jenni, what's up?" I tell her turning my phone off
"what's up? What's up is that my best friend suddenly comes back, then leaves to Miami, meets this amazing boy she can't stop thinking about, and comes back with no feelings for her current boyfriend and apparently she doesn't wanna talk to me about it" she says getting up
"Jenni, do you wanna go inside I think the thunder is making you a bit weird by the way these cookies are to die for" I tell her getting up and putting my hands on her shoulders
"ugh fine let's go inside, I'm scared "

I was now sitting on my bedroom floor and Jenni was sitting on my bed
"so um..what's up?" I tell her
"omg really?" she says putting her hand on her forehead
"Ok fine his Instagram is @ErickBrianColon " I tell her
I watch her as she quickly gets her phone and searches him
"Jesus lord Ariana Camacho, now I see why you're so into this guy" she tells me taking a cookie
"its not just that Jenni, you need to meet him. When you talk to him, he looks at you like he knows all the ways a soul can hurt, his accent is the cutest thing ever, his eyes are amazing, if you look closely you can see a little planet in them. Hes so caring, hes funny and his hugs are warm its like you're getting hugged by a marshmallow. He flirts but doesn't even know hes flirting, or he acts like he doesn't know. When he sings, he makes you wanna kill yourself cause hes amazing. And those eyes! Man, those eyes kill! Hes perfect in every way possible" I stop talking once I notice that I've been talking for the past minutes about Erick nonstop
I look at Jenni who had a big Smile on her face and a little spark on her eyes
"geez I'm sorry" I tell her standing up and covering my eyes in embarrassment, I'm not one to be completely head over heals over some boy I just met like a week ago
"its all good Ariana! Tell me more " she tells me looking at me like a 5 year old telling her mom to keep on reading a bed time story about a prince and a princess
"nah I think I just did " I tell her looking at the clock and noticing it was already 11pm
"you need to break up with David now " she tells me
"I cant" I tell her
"why?" she asks me with disappointment in her eyes
"I just feel bad...guilty " I tell her sitting next to her
"guilty? For what? Because you don't have feelings anymore? Because you doing your ACTUAL love of your life?" she tells me
"Erick is not the love of my life" I tell her laughing a little
"whatever " she tells me smiling
"and yes I feel guilty cuz I don't feel the same way anymore" I tell her getting up again
"that is not your fault..." she tells me
"let's change the subject... I made a cover with Erick and I still need to upload it to our channel " I tell her grabbing my camera that was on the floor
"that's not changing the subject, you're still talking about Erick but anyway you two have a YouTube channel?!" she asks me sounding a little excited
