Delayed

"Bailey!!" I screamed into the phone. "I got friggin 5H tickets to Tokyo and a meet and greet!!!"
I could almost feel her startled jump as she gasped,"I'll be there in 5."
Soon enough, Bailey arrived.
"Okay, so I scheduled plane tickets for us and everything but I need you to pay for the flight tickets because I don't have enough for it and like I bought the tickets. The plane leaves, oh crap, it leaves tonight."
"What?!" Bailey exclaimed. "Why didn't you tell me this?! I haven't packed yet! How long are we staying? Do you think it's cold in Tokyo? Oh, God I can't wait!"
I was already scurrying downstairs to bring two luggages up. "You can use my clothes, we're the same size anyways."
"Okay."
I looked through my dresser. We were staying for one week. Hmm...
In the end I decided to pack:
-a pink longsleeve shirt with a cute white scarf; jeans
-a handmade shirt Bailey and I made with "We *heart* 5H" on it; black leggings
-black shirt; gray hoodie; denim shorts
-casual red dress with small white flowers on it
-black crop top with "LA" written on it in white; shorts
-red tank top; jean jacket; black leggings
-white lace shirt; skinny jeans
To top it off, I brought three pairs of shoes:
-my black converse
-my brown UGGs
-my black flats
I squealed with excitement as I finished packing my toiletry. I glanced at Bailey. "You done yet? We have to leave soon and grab some dinner at the airport."
"Done!" Bailey chirped.
"Great, let's go!!"

All passengers boarding gate 12 to Tokyo, Japan, we are very sorry to inform you that the flight has been delayed until the next morning. Meanwhile enjoy our restaurants and other shops and have a nice day at the Phoenix Airport.
"What are we gonna do Bailey?!"
"Um, go home and just live with the thought that we almost saw Fifth Harmony?"
"Ugh Bailey your no help! I guess we better check into a hotel. We need to rent a car too, this sucks."
We ended up checking into La Quinta and renting a Honda Civic. It wasn't too bad, that is until we found some unexpected company in the lobby.
"Bailey...come...ON!!" I gave one hard tuck and she finally fell out of her seat, shooting me a glare and walked away from her food.
"So what if I like food? I need to eat to my full potential!" Bailey argued helplessly. I dragged her up to our room and glanced behind me to see if she was still there. Bam!
"OMG, I'm so sor-" My eyes widened in shock. "Brian?" There he was, my ex standing right in front of me. Boy was I glad to not be with him. He was a total player and plus he smoked too, which I don't know about you but I find very unattractive. In fact, he was smoking right now. My eyes narrowed into slits. "I take it back. I'm totally not sorry, oh and by the way, this is a 100% smoke free hotel so I suggest you stay somewhere else that allows it. Might I suggest Motel 6?" I sneered. Before he even had the chance to say a word and sauntered away, feeling quite proud, with an awed Bailey still trailing behind me.
