They hear wrong.

Wondering why they look at you like that.
Wondering if you said something bad.
What if you said something else.
Something else different from what you're planning to say.
Or did they hear wrong.

They possibly need some hearing aids, right?
Or did you really said something that bad.
Something rude.
Offending, maybe?

You stress about it.
They hate you now.
You thought.

But really,
It was all misunderstanding.

They misunderstood you.
You misunderstood them.
They reacted from their past experiences.
You reacted from their negative reaction.

But it is just all misunderstanding.
It's fine.
Just move on.
