-CHAPTER ONE-

Kath's POV

"Mom. Please let me go. I just want to live a simple life even if it's just for a year. Let me go to the Philippines. please"

"Chandria. NO. You are the heiress of the Bernardo's. You have responsibilities that you should do. remember that." Mom.

"I know mom. That's why i want to go. I want to go on a vacation before doing my responsibilities in the company"

"Min. Let her go. she's right. After this vacation, she'll be working in the company. She deserves a break. I know when she's ready. She'll make us proud"

"But Teddy? How about her safety?" Mom.

"Don't worry. What's the use of being the world's most powerful man if i can't use that to protect my own princess right?" Dad.

Dad smiled at me, showing me that he supports me with my decision. That's why I love him so much. Even though i have responsibilities being the heiress of our family. He still lets me enjoy my life.

After the conversation with mom and dad. I went upstairs to fix my things.

I will be going to the Philippines like as planned.

Mom already booked me a flight and took care of everything. From the place where I will live and work.

Yes, you've read it right. I will work. Because that's what I want.

I want to be a regular employee, in a different company. I want to experience working for other people because being an heiress? People worked for me, and I just want that to change.

I'm not paralyzed or something. I can do things my own way. Without people doing it for me.

After fixing my things I took my Ipad and surf the net. 

I logged my facebook account and saw that my bestfriend Julia sent me a massage.

Julia Montes: Hey Bes, How are you? Did tita and tito teddy allow you to go?

after reading her message of course i replied.

Kathryn Bernardo: Yes bes. I'll be leaving tomorrow. You're coming with me right?

Julia Montes: Yes. Good thing mommy allowed me to go. Because Tita Min called and promised that we will be safe there.

Kathryn Bernardo: Really? I didn't know that mom called tita. But that's great. So are done packing?

Julia Montes: Yep. I'm Done. So I'll just go there tomorrow? and we'll go together?

Kathryn Bernardo: That would be a great idea. 

Julia Montes: Oh I forgot to tell you. We'll be living together. ROOM MATE :)

Kathryn Bernardo: REALLY? that's a great news. and i know it will be super fun. ROMMY :D

Julia Montes: We'll see you bes. I have to go and have some beauty rest.

Kathryn Bernardo: Ok bes. See you tomorrow. love you :*

Julia Montes: Love you too :* 

Well, that's Julia Montes. My bestfriend and she's like my sister. She understands me and everything I want in life.

She's also the daughter and the heiress of the Montes family. They're rich, but we're richer. They own malls and hotels all over the world. She also has a brother. Enrique Montes

Well, enough with the sharing about my life things. I need to go to sleep already because tomorrow is a new day. and a BIG day for me.

New life. New environment and new people. Even if it's only for a year.

I did my usual things before going to bed like taking a bath and brushing my teeth. After that I wore my night gown and went to bed.
