First day of school

I wake up at to the sound of my alarm clock going off.It's 5:00 in the morning. I drag my legs to the side of the bed so there hanging. I get up and get dressed in nice clothes since it's the first day. I fish tail my long blond hair to the side and put my dragon fly necklace on that I got from Ryan. I spray my hair with hair spray so it stays in the fish tail braid. I put my long lace up boots on over my jeans that are ripped in places. normally I wouldn't wear this but it's a new day and a new start.

I walk out of my room and walk down the long twirly stair case. I walk into the kitchen noticing Emma and Jake are up. I walk over pour a bowl of cereal and eat quickly. I set my bowl In the sink and plop down on the couch and watch the movie hunger games. Emma sits down next to me and we watch the movie together. Emma is eleven years old and she seen it before. I just noticed that I look like katniss.

When the movies done me and jake drive to school in his truck. He drops me off at one end by the school while he parks the truck. I walk in and not even noticing a girl in front of me. I bump into her and all her books fall to the ground. "Oh I'm so sorry! it's just- I'm sorry." I say my face turning red. "Oh it's alright it happens." I start helping her with her stuff and I stand up handing her her books. I gasp. she looks exactly the same as me. her hair is long blond and in a side fish tail braid. She wearing the same boots as me. has jeans like mine but a different shirt. her face is a little different than though but still! "Oh my god. we look exactly alike!! what's your name?" she asks me. "River how bout you?" she stands there quiet and says "My name is Rayne some people call me river. but you can call me whatever you want." I stand there quiet. "Do you want to walk to class with me? what class do you have first?" she asks. I look at my sheet and it says algebra. "Algebra with Mrs.Rose." I say still looking at my sheet. "Good me too." And then me and Rayne walk to class blabbering about our lives and about each class we have which I found out we have every class together but the last one. When we get to class everyone is talking and whispering. The bell rings in one minute. I notice this guy in the corner talking to girls. Woah. He is muscular and super handsome. Rayne notice me and says "That's Jordan Blake. he is the most popular boy in school and very cute. everyone wants to date him. I wish I could." she says in awe.

Oh. I kinda already don't like him because I don't like boys who brag but oh well. he looks at me and to my surprise he gets up and walks over to me and Rayne. "Hey you must be the new girl what's your name?" he asks. "River." I say in a nice voice. he kisses my cheek and says "You probably already know me I'm the most papular boy in school." oh my god. really now I hate him. I hate people who brag about themselves on how cool they are and cocky people. He stares at me with his big blue eyes. they are so beautiful. SNAP OUT OF IT. RIVER!! HE IS SELFISH. So are you going to the party this weekend?" "Yeah I'm going what about you river?" I struggle to say something but then Jordan speaks. "You can go with me." he says. "Tell you what I'll go and if I see you there then great!" I said in the bestest way possible. "Come on... river. I'll pick you up on Saturday at 8:00." "I'll think about it." "Ok but let me know. By the end of the day." he walks back to his desk and sits down.

"What were you thinking!!" Rayne screams in my ear. "I don't like cocky people." I say in a matter if factly tone. "You realized he just asked you on a date!" she says. "Yeah I know but. I don't know I said I'll think about it." "He clearly likes you." she says elbowing me. "I would die to go on a date with him." she says. "Anyone who hasn't gone on a date with him would also die to!!" "Ok ok I get it. I'll go with him." "I just don't like how he thinks he so great." I say. "That's because he is great!!" she says screaming. "ok I'll go with him ok." the bell rings. Thank god! I go sit next to Rayne. Great now I'm next to Jordan. He looks at me and winks. Really. ugh.

Mrs. rose comes in. "Good morning class. I have a very special announcement to make. We have a new student. River why don't you come up here." I stand up and walk to the front. I instantly turn around because something just touched my butt. Jordan is smiling at me. he touched my butt! I turn back around and proceed on walking to the front of the classroom.

I look around the room. I spot Jordan looking at my butt. and then I notice every other boy in the room is looking at my butt nearly drooling. Jordan notices me staring at him. He instantly turns red. Ha. busted. "Class this is river she will be joining us for the rest of the year. You may sit down now river." I walk back over to my desk and sit down. Jordan riches my arm. I look at him and he winks at me again! I look away. This is going to be a long day that's for sure...

I reached the end of the day but I now know that Jordan is in every class I'm in. I'm walking with Rayne down the halls to my brother so we can leave. we are blabbering about what had happened in first hour when Jordan touched my butt! I really don't like talking about it. But Rayne can't seem to give it up. "River he so likes you!" I roll my eyes. "Well I'm not liking him so far. I guess I'll make the decision at the party. where is it exactly?" I ask Rayne. "Your going with him!? great good for you!! and it's at a lake with a huge log cabin. it will be fun." She says so seriously I start laughing. she starts laughing with me. then all the sudden I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around and it's Jordan. "Well I'll see you tomorrow river see ya besty." she says in a perky voice. "No please Rayne no." and like that she disappeared. I turn around and face Jordan. "hey... so I have decided and I'll go with you to the party." I say. "Great see you tomorrow and here's my number." he writes down his number and hands it to me. "See you later lovely." he says while giving me a kiss on the cheek. "Yup. bye." that's all I say. before he leaves.

I meet my brother by his truck and wait. I notice he is with a girl. He has a hand around her waste. she is leaning into his shoulder. Then when he reaches where he has to cross the road, he turns and they kiss. they kiss for about three seconds and they wave good bye to each other. He runs across the road and runs to the truck.

He opens the door and jumps in. when he starts the truck up I say "So who's your girl friend? I saw you kissing." I say picking on him. "Um..you saw that?" I nod. "Well she is my girlfriend and she is super nice. you should meet her. Her name is Sophia." I smile at him and hope that he doesn't ask how my day went. Right when we take a sharp turn he says "So how was your day did you meet a boy?" he says while elbowing me. I sigh and say "His name is Jordan and he likes me but I don't really like him a lot. he is the most papular boy in school and he touched my butt. looked at it. and he asked me out on a date and he winked at me twice. I denied the first time he asked me but said ok the second. I am going to a party with him this saturday. all the boys were staring at my butt."

There was a silence between me and him. "Looks like you the hotty in school!" I punch him in the shoulder "Shut up!" we laugh. "It's sure going to be a interesting week." I say laughing while I'm talking.

We pull into the drive way of our house. when he parks I jump out and run into the house. I run upstairs and throw my stuff on my bed. I run back out and go to the pasture I pull out my favorite horse bullet and to my surprise he is set and ready to ride. Bullet is a brown horse with a star on his head I like to call him star but his real name is bullet. I jump on and and bolt into the woods on the trail. I never really took the trail before but this is so far fun. I love to ride. riding gets all the bad things off my mind.

I slow down to a trot. All the sudden, I hear a twig snap. Bullet heard it too because he stops. I hear it again and this time I say. "Who's there?" I say in a firm voice. no one answers. I start walking again and I quickly turn around and guess who it is.
