Cheers from my new home. It's been a while since I've posted anything. This is not because I am ignoring anyone, but I've been trying to immerse myself in a new culture. I have now been in Scotland for over three weeks. The picture above is me standing outside of my new home. There's probably a few stories I could share. I've already seen so much and I've made some pretty incredible friends.  I've even experienced a few whoa moments, good and bad.

I will start writing weekly, but for now I'm going to give you a vague list of what's happened.

1-I traveled by train to go to an old castle and to see a small towns highland games. It was raining.

2-I had the privilege of seeing multiple shows at The Fringe Festival. It was lovely. And wet.

3-I learned about DEACON BROODY on a tour of Edinburgh. It strangely wasn't wet.

4-I saw The Royal Military Tattoo. It was something I will never forget, even if my pictures are all missing.

5-I've tried MANY fish and chips. Franco's is a lovely fish shop that is only a short walk away.

6-I had my phone stolen in the seaside town of Musselburgh. This was not lovely.

7- I caught a cold. Not lovely. But I enjoyed my weekend at the Midstock Festival- which happened to be help outside my front door. It was raining. But I lived a little and danced in the rain.

I hope everyone is doing great! More travel stories to come!
