Rule:
I have to have seen at least all of the first season of the anime.List:
1. Akame ga Kill: All around awesome! I freaking love this series so much.2. Hunter X Hunter: Probably the only longer anime that's not really too main stream that I truly love.
3. Akagami no Shirayukihime: The best shoujo in my opinion! (Zen X Shirayuki for the win!)
4. No Game No Life: Episode six in the best. So hilarious 😂
5. Monogatari series: I really like this series. Good humor and can be very serious at the same time. (Also a good vocabulary builder for those who need it. •3• ) I wish that you saw Hitagi more in the series though.
6. Stein's;Gate: a freaking amazing story! If you haven't seen it, stop reading this and watch it right now!
7. Your Lie in April: if you haven't been able to tell, I really love this show. I have referenced it several times in my book To Change a Life and Life Made Anew. This show got me into listening to Chopin.
8. Fate/Zero: another amazing series! Tons of action.
9. One Punch Man: if you haven't heard of this, you must have been living under a rock when it aired. It's so good and so hilarious!
10. Code Geass: the anime that got me into anime. I could never leave this show out. It's so awesome. Great soundtrack as well.
11. Toradora: so adorable! Need I say more.
12. Akatsuki no Yona: I personally love the fantasy genre and strong female protagonists (eg. Shirayuki and in this case Yona). This series has both and needs a second season now!
13. Kamisama Hajimemashita: @flutterdash5121 really loves this series and told me to watch it. I wasn't disappointed.
14. Clannad: probably one of the most beautiful romance stories ever. Pretty much a masterpiece.
15. Another: awesome plot and great execution. Definitely a must-watch for horror lovers.
16. Death Parade: If you haven't seen this, I don't know what to do with you. Watch it! (That opening that doesn't fit with the toke of the show though 😂. Flyers by Bradio. Awesome OP. I'll add the video to this chapter.)
(After seeing the OP and hearing the song, would you believe that this show is about death? I wouldn't either if this was my first impression of the series. 0-0)
17. Ao Haru Ride: needs a season two now :p18. Say "I Love You": Another adorable shoujo.
19. Blue Exorcist: Did anyone not expect to see this on the list somewhere? I can't wait for season 2! It's coming out next year!
20. Zero no Tsukaima: fantasy? Check. Romance? Check. Magic? Definitely a check. Tsundere female protagonist who treats the male protagonist like a dog? Definitely. What else do you need? Dragons? We got dat too. Plot (if you know what I mean 😏)? That's here too. Basically just watch this series.
Honorable mentions:
1. Strike the Blood: It's a typical light novel, harem and ecchi series. If you don't like these things and like reading, the first few novels have been translated into English.2. Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii: I was surprised at how much I really liked this series. I was skeptical at first, but after a few episodes, I didn't want to stop watching this.
3. Durarara: how could this not be on the list? It's so well done. All of the characters are so interesting. Izaya is the biggest troll, Shizuo is a scrawny strong man, who can throw semis with ease, Mikado is the adventurous high schooler, and Celty is a dullahan from Celtic folklore (or in layman's terms: a headless horseman). What else do out need to know?
4. Guilty Crown: I didn't like the series itself too much, but this is on here for one reason. This series has one of the BEST soundtracks of all time. I just had to have this on here. I'll put my favorite songs from the soundtrack right here. Krone.
Beautiful, isn't it? You can probably see why I said that it has an amazing soundtrack now.
Please read everything below. There's an important statement toward the end.
To my readers, this book will be full of reviews and top 10 (or 20s). If you want me to review an anime, tell me what you want me to review, and I'll do it if I've seen it. I won't review anything that I've already seen unless you suggest it, or I deem it worth reviewing.
As for top tens, tell me what you want to see. I'll do pretty much anything, except hentai, yuri, yaoi. I'll never watch any of those.
Basically with that being said, this means that I actually will stay on wattpad regardless of what I said earlier. I'm not leaving wattpad!
I want to stay and continue doing this book if nothing else. I left Twitter because I had no reason to have it. I left Instagram because my parents forced me to. I had no other social media platform to continue my reviews.
Then I thought about this. I have no limit to how long my reviews could be, and people would actually read it. I decided to stay and use this for reviews and top tens if nothing else.
