Ok, time for SUPER complicated stuff. I'm sick, may as well get some work done.
Quick clarification: a new hope is the first movie of the original trilogy. Empire strikes back is the second. Revenge of the Sith is the third movie of the prequel trilogy, and the movie before a new hope.

Ahsoka:
One of the creators and leaders of the Sisters.
Adopted by Padme, therefore sister of Luke and Leia.
Married Sethamo, karee's brother, around the time of a new hope.
Queen of zamboza, Sethamo's planet of the Sister system.
Co senator of the Sister system, with her mother, Padme.
Had a daughter, kira (means in life in asna) about a year after a new hope, with her husband.
Adopted a son named ratsta, an ex slave, with Sethamo, around the time of Empire strikes back.
Padme:
One of the creators and leaders of the Sisters
Mother of Luke and Leia.
Adopted mother of Ahsoka, around the time of season six of the clone wars.
On and off wife of Anakin Skywalker.
Mother figure to Karee and Ash.
Co senator of the Sister system with her eldest daughter Ahsoka.
Karee:
Born around ten years before revenge of the Sith.
Queen of Iith. The most controversial leader of Iith, possibly leader in the universe.
Lived as a slave from the time she was one year old, to nine years old.
Using her powers, she rescued other younglings from order 66. She revived all killed Jedi from order 66.
Has a little brother, Sethamo, born around the time of revenge of the Sith, has a little Sister, born four years after Karee herself.
One of the creators and leaders of the Sisters.
Married Mace Windu, around nine years before a new hope.
Adopted a daughter, Numa, a one year old twi'lek girl, a daughter of a 13 year old Sister after a mission gone wrong( my RP friends will get this), around eight years before a new hope. The mother was allowed to help look after Numa until she was two years old, then the girl was sent back into action.
Had a daughter named Asophiana (armistice of peace, roughly translated from asna), nicknamed Sophi,with Mace Windu, her husband.
Sophi moved to a refugee system in another galaxy , but Numa stayed in the Sisters.
By the time Karee died,at 1,551 years old, her youngest descendants became rulers of the Sister system planets.
Her and her friends' legacies lived on.
Ash:
Born three years before Karee, 13 years before revenge of the Sith.
One of the creators and leaders of the Sisters.
First person to figure out Chancellor Palpatine's true identity, but nobody believed her.
Princess of one of Iith's moons, a wookie refugee planet. Multiple women and girls became"princesses" of moons in the Sister system.
Cousin of Chewbacca.
Ash stayed a maiden her whole life, and never had biological children. However, she was a mother figure to many Sisters, and adopted many children.
Sethrina:
Little sister of Karee by four years.
Middle child of the Shi in children.
Queen of Korun in the Sister system.
Sister.
Married to Kit Fisto, a Jedi Master, around six years before a new hope.
Had a daughter, kina (sweet) with her husband, Kit Fisto, around four years before a new hope.
Sethamo:
Born a few months before revenge of the Sith.
King of zamboza, a planet of the Sister system.
Married Ahsoka Tano, around the time of a new hope.
Had a daughter with his wife, Ahsoka Tano, called Kira, around a year after a new hope.
Adopted a son named ratsta, an ex slave, with his wife Ahsoka, around the time of Empire strikes back.
