AN: Woo! Another chapter! Took me a bit, but I did it! I kind of got carried away at descriptions though. XD I added some music that I listened to while I wrote this. For your enjoyment. :)

POV Ty

          While the next day passed by, as I was settling into my new apartment, I began to think about what school was going to be like. I started thinking about how many friends I would make and if the teachers were respectable or not. As a few more hours went by in the day, I started to wonder if people would accept me into the school. Then, when night rolled around, my whole body shook with nervousness for the next coming day. What if no one likes me? What if I get those horrible teachers who single me out? What if I was mistaken and enrolled in the wrong school?

“There is nothing to be worried about Ty.” I told myself. Afterwards, I quickly undressed so I was only in my navy blue boxers and white tank top. The last article that I took off was my headphones. With great care they were set down onto my desk, and I headed towards my bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I finally realized how tired I was from moving. It wasn’t long until I drifted off into a dreamless sleep.

~~~~~~~
The following day, I awoke to that annoying sun again. You know, I bet twenty dollars that that evil thing is after me. As I kept complaining about the sun under my breath, I started to sit up in my bed.
Man, I was sore! My legs and arms where hard to move, and they felt as though I took one of those wrap bandages and twisted it around my limbs tightly. My back was also complaining as I sat up and looked at the alarm clock. It was 5:59 am, and I groaned loudly. I got up before freaking alarm! What use was the thing if I’m going to get up before the alarm! Before I was able to keep on whining, the dang alarm went off. So, in protest, I took my pillow and chucked it at the noisy clock on my dresser.
When the obnoxious sound of the alarm died, I pushed myself off of the bed and began to stretch out my sore muscles. As soon as that was done, I quickly got dressed into the clothing that I laid out the night before. I had picked out a white creamy colored short-sleeved t-shirt. The shirt was a V-neck type that had black trim. After I shoved my arms through my shirt sleeves, I put on my gray-ish jeans and black skater shoes that had green bottoms.  Then, just before I was out of my bedroom, I snatched my black and green headphones and slung them around my neck. As I made my way out into the kitchen, I glanced at the clock on the stove that said 6:10 am. My classes started around eight in the morning, but I wanted to get there early to explore the campus. So, I quickly made a piece of strawberry jam toast, grabbed my backpack for school, and ran right out the door. I finally felt ready for my new collage life.
~~~~~

         I ended up getting to college within ten minutes. Wow, this means that I’ll never be late to school again. In fact, I was so amazed at how little time it took me to get here that I almost didn’t realize the entrance to the school. Almost.

          The entrance was a large metal black gate that had twists within the metal. It looked as if the gate was made out of large black vines that gave you a feeling of awe and beauty. The gate itself must have been twenty feet high and had red brick pillars that were spaced evenly apart. In between the pillars were more of the black metal vines. If you looked closely, you could see small metal pieces that were molded into small leaves and attached to the vines. I looked even closer at the molded leaves and found that they had every detail a real leaf had. ‘Wow, I think I might have ended up at a classy college. Great, I hope I wore nice enough clothing.’ I though while grimacing slightly.

          I quickly shook out all my worrying thoughts and looked forward,  towards the opened gate. I shouldn’t think about what-if’s since I already came this far. So, I decided to wonder about the other small details there might be in the college itself. I took a step forward and I was back into my thoughts that imagined all the possible details that others might have missed. I mean, I have two hours to kill anyway. Might as well find all the small special details and make a list of them. Then I could use the details as references to my animations. Yeah, that’s a great idea! Glad I thought of it. Yes.

          When I finally walked past the gate, I saw that there was a long cobble stone path that was lined with large lush green trees. It looked as though I was walking through a nature tunnel of some sort. Along with the trees there were intricate light posts that were tucked between the large luscious leafy plants. Here was my next subject of observation! I walked over to the lamp post and examined the designs on it. The post of the lamp was black metal and looked like a vine, just like on the gate. Though, instead of leaves being scattered throughout the vine, the leaves were fanned out at the top and they were caressing the large glass light fixture. The glass was in the form of an egg, with the fatter end being held by the metal leaves. The skinnier end had more intricate black vine-like designs. It looked as though the entire lamp was a plant.  ‘Yep, I got to record this down’ I thought. So, I did just that and continued my exploration.

          As I continued on the cobble path, I glanced at the light posts. Each one of them had a different shape for the vines. The lamps were similar, but, at the same time, completely different. I felt as though they added character to the pathway to school. I also wondered how many others realized the character each lamp post had. Probably no one, but me, noticed.

          When I was finally nearing the end of the path, I found a large statue of some guy. The statue sat in the middle of some sort large cobble stone circle. The large area had brown wooden benches and more lamp posts tucked in between the large trees. It looked like some sort of rest spot or park. I brought my attention back to the statue that sat in the middle. It was made out of marble stone and the guy seemed to be in that traveling/climbing pose, with one foot propped on a rock and the other farther back behind him. Yep, totally clichéd. That’s all I thought when I first looked at it. However, when I started to examine the statue, that was at least ten feet tall with the pedestal, I noticed all the details of the clothing. You could practically see the designs in each button on the jacket the guy wore. Each button had that same vine and leaf design like the lamps and gate. His jacket was long sleeved and had a pocket on the right breast. The pocket also contained a vine design with leaves, but in the center of the vines was a bud to a flower or something.

“Okay, what is with the vine design? Is it like a theme or somethin’? What, do we have a sports team or something that like this design?” I asked out loud to myself, but then snorted when I realized something. If there was a sports team, they would probably be named as ‘The Viney leaves’ or ‘Rose buds’ or even better ‘Tangley plants’. I chuckled at how lame my made-up names were. Sometimes I’m a huge dork, but hey, embrace the inner dorkiness. (Totally a word XD)

I pulled out of my thoughts and looked down at the pedestal. There was a plaque that was about the size of a piece of paper. On it said:
