An: Hey there Ari here! Sooo, for those who want to know the answer to the easter egg last chapter, here it is. The easter egg was in the Dean's name. If you took his middle name and last name and spelled them backwards it would be rose and Vine. Woo! Yeah, that was a horrible easter egg. Anyway, here is the new chappy and some music for your enjoyment.

POV TY

After my few hours of exploring and thinking over the riddle, I found myself in the main university building. When I entered the building, I was quickly greeted with the feeling of awe. Everything was modern, but had a hint of the class that the outside did. Here and there would be small sculptures of twisted coal colored metal that look like the vines implemented in my other observations. The ceiling was very high up, creating that dome-like feel. To contrast this magnificent feeling of class, there were digital screens that were hanging on the walls. Some showed the hallway numbers, while others had school events and club announcements on them. Everything was a different shade of gray, white, and black. In turn, a few student-made movie posters were posted on the walls and the few colorful sculptures with vines contrasted beautifully. This is where my first class is going to be. Actually, four out of my five classes were going to be in the main building, with the last class of the day taking place in a different part of the campus.

As my excitement for the new classes and new University life grew, I began to realize that there were other people already filing into the school. Some stared at me as if I was a crazy guy, while others flat out ignored me. My cheeks tinged a pinkish color as I realized I had been gawking at everything like a tourist. I decided to quickly look for my first class of the day and rid my thoughts of embarrassment.

~~~~~~
“B 118, B118, where is it?” I mumbled my thoughts out loud. Just as I was going to start cursing I realized that I almost ran past my class. “Ah! I found it! Finally!” Then before I entered my class, I took a huge breath to calm my nerves.
“Okay, you will be fine Ty,” encouraging myself slightly, “Just go in there, greet the Teach, find a seat, and listen to my music. I’ve got this!” With my new found courage, I quickly walked into the class and met the teacher. The teacher was some red headed woman that had an apathetic face. On her head where a pair of black rimmed glasses that made points at either end. She looked creepy, but I decided it was best not to judge just yet.
“Ah, you must be Mister Lox.” Her monotone voice making me cringe inside. “I am Mrs. Stevenson, but you may call me Mrs. S.”
“Uh, nice to meet you, um…Mrs. S. I was wondering on what I missed during the first few months of this semester.” I said quietly. Dammit, there goes my confidence and in enters the shyness. That’s what I don’t like about myself; I am way to shy.
“Yes, well, today you will finally be learning something new in this class. For the past few months (really, just two and a half months) we have been reviewing algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus. I take it you did the same from your last college?
“Um…yes.” I said. I actually forgot to check what the subject for this class was. I guess it was math. Even more reason not to pay attention.
“Well then, good. Go take a seat anywhere in the class. Class will begin in ten minutes and 43 seconds.” She told me in a monotone voice that I, again, cringed on.
I decided that I was going to follow up on her suggestion of finding a seat, unless I wanted to find out what she did to students who were late. Although, it did not slip my attention that she knew the exact time there was left before class started. I don’t know if I should be creeped out or just think of her as strange. I just hoped that not all of the teachers were like this.
~~~~~

            Okay, so scratch that last thing I hoped for. Every. Single. Teacher. That I had, so far, was horrible. They were all monotone and unenthusiastic about teaching. I tried to pay attention in class, but I just couldn’t without me cringing every few moments. At one point I wanted to snap and tell those damn teachers to shut up! Sometimes, I looked at other students, but they looked like they were fine with it. It was as if they thought it was totally normal for a teacher to sound that dull. So now here I am, going off to my last class that is in an entirely different building.

Once I arrived to the building, I quickly took in my surroundings. The building looked really old, with the paint chipping off and the dull looking windows. It was a 180 degree turn from the modern and classy look the other building had. This one looked more cheerful and gave me the feeling of warmth, while the other gave the feeling of awe and intimidation.

Snapping out of my daze, just in case I get more stares, I quickly entered the building to look for classroom number C418. This class was one that didn’t say what subject it was. When I entered the University, they just gave me a schedule with the same classes at Epic College, except instead of my original video editing class, it was this unknown one. As I began to wonder why this was, I found my new class.

Right before I entered, I quickly chanted my words of self-encouragement and took hold of the door handle. I swiftly entered the class room, which was full of tables and chairs. Then I proceeded to look over to the professor’s desk. It was some bald guy with brown facial hair. He was wearing casual cloths as opposed to the other teachers’ professional look. Then suddenly he looked my way, making me flush slightly with embarrassment for staring.

“Hello. You must be Mr. Lox. I am pleased to meet you.” He cheerfully said. His voice was a lot warmer than the other professors.

“Hello, I am just as pleased um…” I trailed off not knowing what the professor’s name was.

“Ah! I forgot to introduce myself. I am Mr. Notch. Most students just call me Notch. I teach the Shining class.” He said enthusiastically.

“Um…What is the Shining class?” I asked confused. I thought that I was here for an editing and animation program. Isn’t that why I got the scholarship?

“You will see in due time Mr. Lox. In a few days, we will begin the actual Shining class. Right now it is a study period where you may get to know the other students here.” Notch said while smiling.

“Okay.” I said. Then I walked over to a spot to sit down and to look over my notes for the day. I reread the notes I took earlier and went over that riddle again. That riddle caught my eye as soon as I first read it. It just gave of that mystery feel, so I decided I would try to figure it out. While I was at it, I put on my headphones, turned on my music, and recorded the observations of the other teachers compared to Notch so far. However, just as I was getting into my observations, I felt a tap on my shoulder.

I quickly looked up and took off my earphones. There was a guy standing right beside me with a silly grin on his face. He had chocolaty brown wavy-ish hair, sunglasses to hide his eyes, wore a blue short sleeved shirt with a blue vest, and wore navy blue jeans. Along with his clothing, he wore a small pendant that had a gold rim and what looked to be an amethyst jewel in the middle. As I was taking in his presence, he just stood there with his hands in his pockets looking as though he was going to say something.

“Hey! You’re new here right? Glad to meet you, I’m Adam! I bet you are already liking it hear at Shining University. Great! I bet you….” Aaaaaaaaaaand there, he spoke. Oh god he spoke. He just rambled on and on about how good this University is going to be. Great, I think I’ll have to put in my notebook ‘Beware the annoying guy with the sunglasses!’ Yep, college is juuuuuuust fantastic. Heh heh heeeeh~ I wanna go home.

An: Lets play another "Can you find the Easter Egg?" game. This one is a little easier to find. Actually, there are more like two.
