When you're as broken as me
then maybe you'll be able to see
why I act the way I do,
when you can't sleep at night
because the demons inside are
eating you alive,
you're scared to go out
because everyone's going to judge you,
you always have the urge to cry
but no tears come out,
you always have the urge to feel the
blade being pushed down into your
wrist so the blood flows out, you
never feel good enough for anyone,
when all you want to do is die off
so you'll be forgotten,
then maybe you'll finally know how it
feels to be as broken
as me.
