What? Mom was pregnant?
I couldn't take this anymore. I closed the diary and leaned my head against the headboard. Mom was pregnant? But how could no one told me about this?
Mamaji would have told me about this? He keep no secrets from me. I will talk to him in the morning.Closing the lights and plugging my earphones, putting my arms under my head I closed my eyes in hope that I could get some sleep. But again, sleep wants to play hide and seek with me. So I opened my eyes and stared at the black.
Frustrated, I switched on the light and went to my computer. Maybe the video game will clear my mind.
"Bhaiya" someone shook me. "Mmm..."
"Wake up." I opened my eyes, Parul was standing in her jogging dress.
Huh, what was I doing in my desktop? I must have fallen asleep playing video game. But the computer was off. Maybe Parul have turned it off. Wiping the drool from the corner of my mouth, I stood up from the chair.
"You fall asleep playing video game. Now go."
"I'll be downstairs in five minutes." she nodded. After brushing my teeth and washing my face with cold water, I changed into my jogging dress.
"Let's go." I opened the door and saw Parul talking to someone on phone"What no?"
I tapped her on the shoulder.
"I'll talk to you later. Bye." she put the phone on the bed.
"Who's that?" "No one bhaiya." "Then why you looked like as if you have seen a ghost." "Nothing. Just leave it."Opening the main door and stepping into the fresh morning air, I took a deep breath. I love how it can effect you, giving you new energy, new hope.
"You know, Diya was saying you ruined her dress. She was saying a lot about you." We took a left turn.
What a liar.
"What? Actually she spoiled my shirt."
"I don't know whose fault it was. But she was very mad at you."
"Tell your friend she should apologise to me."
At the collegeCan my day get any worse after yesterday and today's events. Sid thought it would be a good idea playing prank on Parul which resulted in scaring her and spoiling my shirt. People should really stop spoiling my shirt. Now here I am siting in a boring lecture thinking about the diary. I couldn't get the chance to talk with mama. He had to go somewhere urgently. I was glancing my watch like every two minutes. 10 minutes more. I really need to tell Arjun about the diary.
Finally, the class ended. I feel like releasing from prison. Putting both my arms around Rohan and Mohit, we made our way to the cafeteria. Sitting on our usual table, I noticed Arjun has not arrived yet. Where is Arjun?
"Please go someone else. I'm not going to give order." I said taking out my bag.
"Okay, I'll go." Mohit said looking up from his phone.
"Have you guys seen Arjun?" I asked looking through the cafeteria.
"He is struck in some work." said Gautam.
"Should we wait for him?" Mohit said.
"Nah, he said we can eat without him." Gautam said.
After taking our orders Mohit went to the counter.
I was thumping my fingers in the table, when my phone vibrated. I fished it out of pocket. A text message from unknown number.
"Get ready for action."
Huh, what is this? Is someone trying to prank on me.I was sipping my coffee when someone put a box on our table.
"Angad, this is for you." I looked and saw Arjun.
"What is this?" I asked him when he came with his sandwich and coffee.
"I don't know. Someone called me and asked me to come near the big tree. When I went there a man was standing with this box. He told me to give it to you."
"Maybe, it's some bomb inside there." our mystery/thriller obssessed Mohit said.
"Nonsense, he didn't harm anyone. Do you?" Gautam said looking at me with his eyes narrowed.
"Why would I harm anyone. I'm opening it."
I carefully remove the tape. Everyone was looking at the box with curiosity. When I opened the box..........
