Shira's pov
We finally made it to the island up ahead.
everyone was tired so they all lay down. Now's my chance.
I take off as fast as I could. Then I heard Diego call "Shira!" and paws running behind me.
he was catching up quickly.
I tried shaking him off but he caught up and pinned me down.
"and where exactly are you going?" he asked, but then the view of switchback cove took away his attention.
"woah." he says.
"um you can get off me now." I say annoyed.
we both stood up and looked at the view.
Then we saw Gutt and the crew. I was happy to see my crew members and captain but sad because they abandoned me.

The herd locked me up for the night, I dont blame them, I tried thinking of a way to escape but I was exhausted, so I lay down and tried to sleep.
I heard footsteps behind me, by instinct I turned around and growled, it's just Diego.
"easy kitty, water you need it." he said, once again calling me kitty.
"I dont want anything from you." I say coldly.
"fine suit yourself." he says an walks away.
"okay fine I'll have some." I say, "thank you."
"you know you have a way of saying thank you that sounds like drop dead." He replies.
"its a gift." I say sarcastically.
