(Tammy above)
With those words that Andrew said I kicked him where the sun don't shine and ran. Sprinting to my car, I looked behind me to find Andrew smirking at my retreating form.

Pulling the car keys out of my pocket I revved my engine and sped off. (Insert cuss word of your choice) school, why the h-e- double toothpicks did Andrew have to show up and ruin everything. Swerving into my driveway, I slammed my car door and marched angrily up to my house. I got my keys out of my purse to unlock my front door only to find that it was already unlocked.

A feeling of unease settled over me as I stepped quietly into my house. Something wasn't right, there was nothing visible to put me off but there was just a feeling. I bent down, taking the dagger that I always carry with me out of my boot and carefully unwrapped it. Softly padding to my kitchen, I heard a rustle from my left. I quickly turned to the sound. A whimper sounded from my shoe/coat closet. Grabbing the pistol from my pocket I turned the safety off.

Deciding that I needed to find out what was hiding in the closet I finally kicked down the door. Inside I found a ferocious killing machine in the form of a... Wait what??? This was a little girl not something sent to kill me. I slowly lowered my weapons, staring at the sobbing little girl. She must have been, what, 6 years old. She sniffed again and looked up at me with big bright blue eyes. When she saw the weapons still in my hands she gasped and looked at me fearfully. Realizing that they were scaring her I slowly crouched down and set the pistol and knife on the ground, showing that I meant no harm to her.
"Hey sweetie, it's okay I'm not gonna hurt you. I was just afraid that some bad person broke into my house to hurt me. What's your name?" I questioned softly. She looked up at me with surprise and thankfulness prominent in her eyes, "I- I'm Alexandria but I go by Alex." Alex answered nervously. "Well Alex what are you doing in my house sweetie? Are you on the run, was someone going to hurt you?" I asked. Huh, I wonder where her parents are. Guess I'll just have to ask. I was snapped out of my thoughts when she answered, "Well my momma, daddy and I were taking a walk though the woods yesterday when two giant wolves and a boy around your age, I think, appeared. He leaned down and whispered something to the wolves and they attacked my parents but not me. Then he told me to run if I didn't want to die the same painful death that my parents did. So I ran. I ended up here and saw you leave this morning so when I was sure you were gone I picked the lock and tried to find some food. Also you don't have any food in your fridge, how do you live?" I sat there shocked at her story. Who could the boy be? And why did he have two wolves with him? A knock sounded from my front door and I stood looking at the little girl. " I'll be right back I have to go see who that is." Opening my door cautiously I gasped when I saw Andrew with two giant werewolves next to him. A frightened cry came from behind me and arms wrapped around my left leg. I looked down to find Alex clutching onto my leg looking at Andrew and the shifted werewolves. Andrew smirked at the sight and the two wolves chuckled, at least I think it was a chuckle.
"Well, well, well Tammy it seems that you found the lost little girl I've been searching for, I can take her from here."Alex whimpered at Andrew's words and I realized that Andrew must have been the boy that she was talking about. I narrowed my eyes at Andrew and growled, "You can have her, over my dead body." Andrew chuckled darkly "Well that can certainly be arranged, wolves, attack." I pulled another pistol out of my other pocket and aimed. Wolfy one lunged and I shot him before he could even growl. I smirked. Wolfy two however howled in pain and outrage. He to lunged at me but I ducked and smirked "Oh Wolfy was that your mate I just killed? Well you will soon join him." I shot the wolf without a second glance and looked back to Andrew. He looked mildly impressed. "Leave before I torture you until you are begging me for death." I pointed the gun downwards and shot, the bullet skimmed his foot. "That was just a warning shot, now scram before I take off your precious foot. I trust you need it to walk, am I correct?" I asked innocently. Andrew gulped and nodded before turning on his heel and running into the forest.

Alex was still clutching to my leg and whimpering. I nudged my leg and Alex unwrapped herself from it. I squatted down to her level and spoke, "Was that the mean boy you saw?" Alex slowly nodded. "Well how would you like to get some food and go shopping. You can live with me if you want to." Her face brightened at my suggestion and I smiled down at her. She has no parents, just like me and I will protect her with my life.
