Gen has been here for 2 days!
2 F***ING DAYS!!!
She's been practicing that song like CRAZY!
She had her dad bring a weeks worth of clothes and shoes.
"Are you done yet?" I say anxiously

We did the cover nice and quick
then uploaded it to Gen's Youtube account
ironically same as all her online accounts "AlienMeerkat"
her wattpad, youtube, polyvor, even her bluetooth name!!
We order pizza but just before we dig in Gen gets a phone call.
I don't know whats happening all i can hear here is "yes" and "ahum"
Then she cuffs her hand on the speacker of her phone
"Chlo, Do you have any summer plans?" she says like thats what they were talking about
"She is" she says to her phone
Then after a few minutes she hangs up and we eat
"Chlo?" Gen says as she stuffs her face in meat lovers pizza
"Can i talk to your mom?" she asks

She stands up and goes to my bedroom door

She comesback after half an hour
"Hey" she says softly
