It all started with a crash (a RayRay love story)

Chapter 2

Ray Ray prov:

I can't believe I'd just hit a girl with my car. Me and Princeton were going wild, we didn't think anything was going to happen, nothing like that anyway. She just lay there, in front of my car, looking lifeless. At this point we were all just too shocked to say anything at all.

Skylar Prov:

My neck was killing and my eyes were shut. Did I just get hit by a car? People are so reckless nowadays, they just think they can get away with doing whatever they want when they're driving and now I'm involved in your foolishness?

"Call an ambulance," I heard a guy say.

"Don't. It'll be a waste of time," I said.

I sat up straight, a few bones in my body clicked loudly and I tried to stretch. To be honest I wasn't that badly hurt, I didn't get run over, I just got hit, but I was ready to give this person something to feel bad about. I looked up and was about to start yelling when I noticed 2 familiar faces. Princeton, who Ariana literally has a shrine to in her bedroom and Ray Ray. face was lit up like a christmas tree on fire as she darted her eyes from me to Princeton, like I didn't notice he was there.

"I am so so so sorry." Ray started, "I understand if you want to press charges or sue or whatever. The point is I'm an idiot-"

"You got that right," I said cutting him off.

"Sorry, she didn't mean it. She's always cranky when she gets hit by cars," Ariana interrupted trying to be smooth.

I gave her a look that said 'did you really just say that?'. She can be such a fool at times, but I understand she's trying to impress her God. I don't think she realized what she said though because she just sat there beside me cheesing.

"....Anyway, are you sure you don't want to go to a hospital or something? Ray Ray hit you pretty hard." Princeton said, helping me up.

"I think I'll live," I said and shrugged it off.

Diggy

I was such a wreck right now. That I completely forgot we were supposed to be at that club right now. But I couldn't just leave her injured.

"Look. I'm taking you to the hospital because I feel bad and you're covered in bruises, I just think you should get checked out," I suggested.

She looked up me and stared right into my eyes. Damn. Although they were just brown, they were killer. I've always liked girls with brown eyes, it makes me think of girls with interesting stories, someone you can have a great time with. I bit my lip; she dropped eye contact and smiled at the ground.

Ariana Prov:

I could see Ray trying to move to Sky. Really dude? You run a girl over and then try and flirt with her? Nope, not happening bro. Me and Princeton talked a bit, well, he talked and I listened. But I was happy with that. I'd be happy if he was spitting in my eyes, at least he'd be sitting next to me.

"I mean, I know you aren't supposed to speed and stuff, but you don't really think about the consequences until they actually happen. We were just really hyped about going to this new club," Princeton said.

"Oh really? What club?" I asked as if I didn't know.

"This new one about 10 minutes from here, Midnight High."

"Oh my god! No way! We were on our way to that too."

"Really? That's neat."

'Neat', that's so cute. That could be OUR thing. I smiled and he smiled back. Oh my, his smile, had me jumping over rainbows on purple unicorns, pinch me somebody, please.

Skylar prov:

Ray started getting really chatty after his little apologetic phase. Buuut, I wasn't feeling it. Don't get me wrong he's a nice enough guy, I'm just not into him the way all his jetsetters are, in fact I don't even know him. He obviously wasn't on my wave of thinking though, he grabbed my hand and looked deep into my eyes.

"Have you ever felt like anything was destined to happen?" he asked.

"Nope." I replied. But then I realised that sounded a bit rude, so I added, "I mean, I know things supposedly happen for a reason. But I don't like thinking like that, just let it happen, ya know?

He nodded his head and smiled at me. I smiled back, just to be polite. I was only talking to him so Tiara could have her moment with Justin. Then out of nowhere he leaned in for a kiss. I pulled back surprised.
