Y/N's POV

Taking a deep breath to calm my nerves I looked down at my outfit.

Is this too casual? I asked myself as I started playing with the bottom of my jean jacket. Well Simon did tell me to dress like myself.

Shaking my head I smiled to myself, I'll be fine. Simon already expressed interest in me, this meeting is just to seal the deal. Patting myself on the shoulder I finally enter the Syco Records building and made my way to the receptionist's desk.

"Um, excuse me?" I smiled as the receptionist looked up at me. "I have a meeting with Simon Cowell today."

"Name?" The receptionist asked while looking me up and down. I gulped suddenly feeling nervous again. What if it was just a prank call?

"Y/N Thornton." I quietly spat out.

The receptionist hummed to herself as she typed away on her computer. I looked around the building to avoid awkwardly just staring at the receptionist lady.

"Okay," The receptionist looked up and flashed me a quick smile. "Just go up to floor 3. Simon's secretary is waiting for you and will lead you into his office."

"Thanks." I turned towards the elevator and hummed along to the song that was playing.

I LOVE this song. Fifth Harmony are doing such an amazing job. Woooah, since I'm signing with Syco Records does that mean I'll get to meet them? Oh wow that would be amazing! But they're probably super busy so I'll just be lucky if I even catch a glimpse of them.

I nodded to myself and exited the elevator when it reached the third floor and was immediately greeted by a blonde smiling woman.

Woah, this woman is like creepily happy.

"Hello!" The blonde woman greeted. "My name is Marsha, I'm Mr. Cowell's secretary. Follow me right this way." Marsha started leading me through the hallways towards the door at the very end.

I blinked when we stopped in front of the door.

"This is Mr. Cowell's office you may go in, he's waiting for you."

I nodded and turned the handle and walked in. I could not believe my eyes the second I walked in. Besides the fact that Simon has an amazing office, the five girls of Fifth Harmony were all seated around Simon.

"I, uh I'm sorry. I didn't know you were in a meeting with them. I'll just-" I started turning around to exit the office when Simon stopped.

"Oh no Y/N, you didn't interrupt anything." Simon chuckled while the girls of Fifth Harmony all looked at me amused. "We all were just waiting for you."

"Oh, okay." I nodded and just stood awkwardly.

"Come over," Simon waved me over. "Make yourself comfortable, sit." He said while gesturing to a chair across from him.
