A/N: This is long over due, but heads up, this isn't edited at all and may not make any sense, but here ya go.The teacher walked over to the phone on the wall and spoke quietly into it. She giggled as if she was told a hilarious joke, but she had to keep quiet. The students, who noticed that the teacher was distracted took advantage of the situation by talking with their classmates, texting, and passing notes to their friends.
Winter, however, took this opportunity to finish the drawing that she started in English of Mr. Boring luring all the students to sleep. But before she could finish her detailed version of Mr. Boring's toupee, her teacher interrupted her.
"Winter, please gather your belongings and report to the principal's office." The teacher said quietly so that the other students wouldn't notice. But of course, like school, when the principal's office was mentioned, all eyes were became glued to the next victim of the principal's rage.
Winter quickly and messily stuffed her things into her backpack as she mentally cursed herself for doing so. She had just organized her backpack yesterday and it already was a mess. As she got up, she noticed everyone's eyes on her as she left the classroom. She hoped she didn't do anything embarrassing or anything like as she walked to the front of the class and then out of the room.
As she wandered around the halls and she headed toward the main office, she wondered what the principal could possibly want her for.
Wait... Am I gonna be brainwashed? Winter froze dead in her tracks. Shit.
Winter thought about not showing up to the principal's office, but then he would call her mom, and then her mom would like yell at her, and she really wasn't feeling like being screamed at today, or ever.
Winter decided to shoot a quick text to Hollis. He would know what to do. She thought.
Winterberry Muffins:
Um, I got called to principal's office for no reason.
Halp.
And yes, I spelt it wrong on purpose.
Hollister Model:
Really?
Oh shit.
Enter, I'll met you there.
Winterberry Muffins:
Promise?
Hollister Model:
Duh
Winter rounded the corner after minutes of stalling, sighed, and entered the main office. The secretary on her phone gestured for her to take a seat amongst the chairs against the wall. Winter plopped down on the chair and let her backpack slump to the floor. She nervously shook her leg up and down waiting to find out what would happen to her. It was so silent and nerve-racking for her that she practically jumped when she heard the clock tick.
The secretary hung up the phone and said, "The principal will see you now." Winter nodded her head at the lady and reached her back, but the secretary shook her head, "You won't need that in there, just leave it. I'll watch it for you."
Winter quickly slid her phone from her backpack into her pants pocket without the secretary noticing and walked past her into the principal's office. She wiped off some excess sweat from her hands onto her pants. Winter wrote a quick text to Hollis that she was now, 'Entering the devil's lair,'
"Take a seat Winter." The person, Winter assumed whom the principal was, spoke, Winter sat in the chair right across from the principal's desk. The chair squeezed a bit as Winter sat down on it. "Now, you aren't in trouble, by no means." He said with a southern drawl.
