I was laying down on the bench, talking to Ian about dogs. "Joji, look behind you." He said, stopping our conversation. I sat up and looked behind me, seeing Ian standing there on his phone.

I grinned, putting my phone away in my pocket. He sat next to me. "What brings you here?" He asked, smiling at me.

"I could say the same to you." I responded, staring at him.

"I'm not sure, this really cute guy that harassed me earlier today said he was here and wanted to hear my voice."

We looked at each other for a little while, neither of us talking. His face was still just as gorgeous in the light of the lamp lit near the bench. "I really want to kiss those pretty lips of yours." I said bluntly.

He smiled, shuffling a little bit closer to me. "What's stopping you?" Was all Ian responded with as we both slowly leaned in. His lips were warm and soft, much different from the last set of lips I kissed.

I pulled away from him, immediately missing his warmth. I moved myself slightly so there was no space between the two of us. "I'm glad I accidentally harassed you." I said to him as I once again leaned in to kiss him.

This time, he wrapped his arms around my neck as I grabbed his waist. It was a little more passionate this time, and Ian seemed a bit different from when I first met him. Slightly more confident.

We made out on the bench, not really caring about it being a public place. I enjoyed every second of it, up until he pulled away, both of us out of breath. "I swear, I really shouldn't love you so much considering I just met you." Ian whispered.

I smiled for the millionth time that night, putting my arm around his shoulder. He leaned his head on my as we listened to the sounds of the pond. "I hope we're still going to the coffee shop tomorrow, I'm looking forward to that." He said quietly, looking up at me.

"Of course. Why would I ever cancel that?" I responded, staring into his eyes. He shivered slightly, and I realized he didn't bring a sweatshirt with him. "Are you cold?" I asked.

"Uh, yeah, just a little. I don't want to go back to my apartment though." He admitted, snuggling closer to me. I wasn't normally affected by the cold, so I took of my sweatshirt, ignoring the fact that I had nothing under it.

"Here, you can wear this. It's pretty fuckin warm." I told Ian, handing him my sweatshirt.

"As great as you look without a shirt on, I don't want you to be cold. I'm alright." He shivered some more after saying that, proving himself wrong.

Despite his protests, I slipped my hoodie over his head, pulling it over his arms. "You're like a little warmth burrito." I joked, staring at him.

"Thanks. I appreciate it. But I don't want you to get a cold or some shit." Ian responded, slipping his arms through.

"I'll be okay. Are you tired?" I asked him, looking at the clock by the pond and seeing it was 2 am. Oh, how quickly the time passed.

"A bit. I'd rather stay here with you, though." Ian said, laying his head on my shoulder again. I giggled, holding him close to me.

"I don't want a sleepy little Ian on my date tomorrow. Want me to walk you home?" I offered, standing up.

"Ah- you don't have to. I wouldn't want to be a bother." He said, scratching the back of his head. I offered him my hand, pulling him up from the bench.

"Nonsense. It'll give us more time to talk to each other." I said, grabbing his hand and walking out of the park. "However, you'll need to lead the way, seeing as I don't know where you live."

He nodded happily, pulling me behind him as he walked down the street. It wasn't busy at all, an we only passed six or seven cars the entire time we walked back to his apartment.

I stopped him as we were standing in his door way. I held his shoulders and kissed him a final time. "Goodnight. Thank you so much for meeting me." I whispered, pulling away.

"It was my pleasure. Really." I grinned, grabbing my keys out of my sweatshirt pocket as I walked away, leaving it with him.

"W-wait, do you want this back?" He called after me when I was a few steps away.

"You can keep it. I have lots." I responded, walking away back to my apartment, smiling to myself the whole way back. I sent a text to Max, even though he was asleep and wouldn't read it until the morning.

Joji: I just spent around two hours with Ian. He met me at a pond and I walked him home. ^-^ he's so cute, I gave him my sweatshirt, although now I have to walk home shirtless.

I ran the west of the way, not wanting to take my time since it was getting much colder by the minute. Once I finally got to my apartment, I unlocked to door, going straight to my bed to get under my warm blankets.

I took off my jeans, climbing in and opening my phone. I had a text from Ian I didn't open until now.

Ian: my mom's dog says goodnight

I couldn't help but smile at how happy he looked in that picture

Joji: You're such a cute person. Goodnight.
Ian: I'd have to say the same about you. Goodnight.

I plugged my phone in for the night and left it on the floor, not giving a shit as I cuddle into my blankets and closed my eyes, thinking about the boy I just met as I drifted off to sleep.
