A few months after:

I stare out of my bedroom window watching the breeze rustle through the apple tree, shaking the leaves that are coloured in shades of red and brown. I still find it hard to believe I'm back....back? Heck I don't even know if it was real...you know when you have a really life like dream then wake up and you know it wasn't real? It was like that except something in the back of my mind is still saying even after this long, I was there and it was real...I sigh shaking my head as if it would wake me up. I don't know, maybe I never will. I look at the time and jump up shouting.

"DAMN IT!" I run downstairs, grabbing an apple whilst yelling at my mum.

"GOTTA GO OR I'LL MISS THE BUS!" Legging it out the front door as she shouts bye back and saying something about dad's still asleep...oh well...I run up the road, the cold wind hitting me straight in the face, not nice. Getting to the busstop my hands are freezing but I'm not too bothered by the cold, the others are wrapped up and some shivering slightly while I just lean against the outside table listening to my music, happily zoned out. The bus arrives and I walk to my usual seat three from the back and on the right. Thankfully no one sits next to me, you know the feeling when someone sits there and you just want to stare at them until they go away? Yeah I get it a lot. So I put my stuff on the floor and put my feet up on the seat next to me. I look out the window listening to Sweet sacrifice by Evanescence.

"Can y-you...hear...m-me?" A whisper so quiet I almost don't hear it, comes from what sounds like my earphones. Blinking in confusion, taking one earphone out I look around quickly, nope no one is looking at me...hu must have imagined it. I put the earphone back in and turn my head to look out the window again. Literally jumping into the seat next to me, heart in my throat whilst shouting-

"HOL-" I slap my hand around my mouth before I shout the rest as I stare at the reflection...Sebastian's face. Such a normal thing to see...IN A WINDOW! I close my eyes and shake my head making my long hair flap around me before daring to look again, I slowly open my eyes..nothing. I continue to stare at the window as cars flash past in a blur...could have sworn I just saw him, clear as day...Rubbing my face with both hands in attempt to forget. Relaxing back into the seat I get a few odd looks from some others but just ignore them. They're not the ones who just saw a demon staring at them. Well this is just a perfect way to start the day, hearing and hallucinating....what joy.

Slumping down into a chair in the cafeteria, I let my bag fall from my shoulder to the floor. Well this has been a great day, note the massive use of sarcasm I use. First the bus then through out my lesson I swear to the freaking ground I keep hearing Sebastian's voice...yes some of you may be thinking lucky. No! No way in hell is it lucky when you are trying to concentrate and keep saying to yourself 'you're not going insane, just tired.'...I wait for my friends to come and rest my head against my hand. Tilting my head to gaze outside, my eyes widen before a sigh passes through my lips, muttering.

"Oh come on, out of every blessed black bird there is in this world...." Yes just my luck, there is a crow perched on the steel hand railing out side, only about five feet away from this window. I stare at it, I know there are Crows, Jackdaws ect, that live in the trees around here but seriously, I have to get the crow staring at me? Is it just me or is the universe trying to tell me something?

"Hey! Ok who's winning? You or the bird?" I jump a bit as my friends voice brings me back to earth, I look at her blinking, realising all three of them are sitting there.

"How long have you been sitting there?" I ask Zoe with a small laugh. She pulls her shoulder length blonde hair to her left and smiles, shrugging.

"Only about three minutes." Face palm, I actually missed them sitting down for three minutes...I take my hand away from my face and look back out side, glancing at the crow as it stares back with its beady black eyes. Ok just a bit creepy a shudder ripples through me but no one notices, it suddenly turns its head and takes off flapping its jet black wings quickly. Shaking off the odd feeling to bring my attention back to my friends, I told them what happened...well as a dream anyway, how could I tell them that it was possibly real?

I get off the warm bus into a cool breeze and start to walk home, my lessons finish early today so I catch the town bus home. College is so close to being over it will be almost odd not doing this every week. At least there weren't anymore voices or hallucinations of Sebastian's face again. A soft laugh escapes me, breath showing in the air as I think about it. The wind plays with my hair as I pass a corner, it's all very well having long hair until it whips you in the face. I walk quickly and it's not long before I'm home. Quickly unlocking the door, entering into the cozy house, unlacing my boots before going to say hi to mum. After grabbing a hot chocolate I head upstairs to my room, realising the curtains are still shut, after forgetting to open them this morning. Reaching out to them I hesitate, wow I'm being silly, to have a fear that a crow might be there..I shake my head and grab the curtains, pulling them open...nothing, hu. I'm almost disappointed.

I drink my hot chocolate after dumping my bag on the floor by the wardrobe. Hm, a shower will probably be good, wash all the weirdness of today away. Heading to the bathroom I reach out and start the shower, giving the warm water a few seconds to come through, sliding the door shut to trap any stray sperts of water from getting the floor. It's not long before steam from the warming water starts to spill over the top of the shower in attempt to fill the room. Breathing it in I shut the bathroom door after I grabbed a new bottle of shampoo, get undressed and get in the shower.

The warm water eases my tense shoulders, closing my eyes for a moment to let the water run down my face. Removing my face from the direction of the water to open my eyes again I almost scream, jumping back almost sipping in the shower and hit the wall, I cover my mouth with my right hand which trembles gently as I stare unbelieving at the glass shower door.

The words "CAN YOU HEAR ME?" written in big capital letters, each of the letters already starting to disappear, fading as droplets of water run down the glass covering the evidence as swiftly as I had seen it. My eyes wide, witnessing the last letter vanishing, this is getting too weird... Finishing with my hair quickly to get out of the shower as swiftly as possible. Wrapping my towel around me after finishing and returning to my room to sit on the bed. My wet hair dripping down my right shoulder, leaving dark marks upon the towel.

Am I going insane? Those words, the crow, on the bus..I shake my head a bit, causing more droplets to fall. What if it was all real, my breath catches as a crazy thought flashes through my mind.

What if the other me..the demon part of me is still there and they are trying to talk to me..this me? No that's impossible, surely..I get changed into my white and black jumper and black skinny's absentmindedly.

BUZZ, BUUZZ. My body jumps in reaction to my phone vibrating on the bedside table. Huffing I pull my hair over my left shoulder and wrap it in the towel to finish drying. Picking up my phone, hu? A text from an unknown number? Don't get many of thoes- WHAT?! I stare at my phones screen.

"CAN YOU HEAR ME?

CAN YOU HEAR ME?

CAN YOU HEAR ME?

CAN YOU HEAR ME?" I scroll down the text with wide eyes my heart beating out of time...what is going on?! I get to the end of the text, my body freezing..either I am past insane or they really are somehow talking to me...

"WAKE UP...

that is an order."
