The five of them were fighting over who should take the first watch while the rest of them sleep.They all thought it was no use in finding their class if they had left.They all decided that two would stay awake while the other three rest.Then they can switch rolls and the other three can stand guard.They came to an agreement that jayden dino and Max should rest while Josh and Elana stayed awake.Elana walked over to the river they were near and stuck her feet into the cold water she didn't mind though.She sat there thinking about so much that had happened to them was it gonna be a life long journey or will it come to a end.Josh sat on one of the logs by the fire the girls set up he seemed to be thinking about something himself.While Elana sat there she saw something shine in the water it had a sparkle that you can see from miles.Elana thought about it and dived into the water she reached the bottom of the river and saw a violin.What was this doing here Elana thought as she swam back up to the surface.When she got out of the water she was shivering she held the bow and violin in her hands as she thought about why it was there.

Elana got up and walked towards the camp they had set up near the river.She got a towel from her backpack and dried of the violin as much as she could.By this time Josh had saw this and was shocked and worried."WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU WHY ARE YO-" "Shh keep it down you'll wake them"Elana said while continuing to dry the bow.Josh looked at the violin and was confused so he just sat there watching her.Elana slowly played a note but it sounded really high so she tuned it and slowly played again and it sounded perfect.She smiled "Heh....haven't played in a while" Elana said while looking at the violins strings.She placed the violin on her shoulder and took a deep breath and began to rock the bow against the violin slowly and carefully.She began playing a melody called River Flows in You.That was the very first song she had learned when she got her first violin.She got up while playing and began to slowly moved along to the beat.
Josh smiled and began swaying to the beat aswell.Elana stopped and was breathing heavily cause she was out of breath.She fell to her knees as she cried and wiped her tears.Josh was shocked and ran towards her asking what was wrong and if she was ok.She explained that her mother was the one who had taught her how to play the violin right before she had died from a war she said "I'm ok" while slowly getting up.She stood on her own two feet and managed to keep her balance to sit on the log near the fire so she could rest.She placed the violin down and closed her eyes and kept taking deep breaths.Thats when she heard the bushes moving and shot back up on to her two feet.She held out her hand to reveal fire burning and crackling in her hands.Josh sat up aswell and ran towards the bushes jumping into them so he can catch them.Elana heard a scream saying ouch and ran behind the bushes.Her eyes shot dark red and growled towards this person she waved her other hand as the fire went away.There infront of her stood the worse person in the universe her ex-boyfriend zaynly.Max senced him and jumped down from the tree house they had built and saw Elana running towards her and josh.She looked down to see a guy with brown hair looking at her with fear in his eyes."ZAYNLY WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING HERE " Elana yelled while trying to be quite.Zaynly got up and said "geese I take a walk in the woods to calm down what are you guys doing here".Elana growled and remembered he did like taking walks alone.
Elana sighed and said "Long story" Max and Josh both shook their heads in agreement.Elana apologized and her eyes went back to normal as she dusted the leaves off of herself.She walked back to the camp where they were and sat down."What time is it is our shift almost over...."Elana said while laying down on top of the log.Josh nodded and sat down on the other log.Max was looking at Zaynly growling and said "Were not bringing him with us are we".Elana got up and looked at Zaynly "You have a house near here right" she said without a hesitation.Zaynly then shook his head as a yes "Well then nope " Elana said while laying back down."Whew " Max said in relief and sat down on a log aswell "Cause he's bringing US along".Both Max and Zaynly stood straight up and said "WHAT".Max and Zaynly argued about why and how we were gonna stay with him then Elana fell asleep smiling.
