Sorry for the delay, yesterday, my hands were too tired from clarinet lessons, and there was a 2 hour MasterChef on... so yeah. Anyways, WaveNote guessed the last herb correctly! It was lamb's ear. Gordon Ramsay says it's quite delicious. Here's the next one:
