Eiji x reader 5: Aregato

Your POV It's been about 5 months since that practice game. Tezuka already left for Germany and I never thought I would hear those words from him before he left. (Flashback) I had tears brimming my eyes. I was so afraid he would leave and not come back. Seigaku needs him though! And I need him too! He gives me courage to play! And he doesn't talk down to me like I'm beneath him. As I thought this tears slowly started rolling down my cheeks. I felt a hand on my head. I looked up. "You're an amazing player. Worthy of the name Syuuske." He smiled. "Let's have a match one day when I get back." I stood there wide eyed. "Yes sir!" (Flashback over) It feels like it's been forever since then. Several matches have come and gone of Seigaku boys tennis. Seigaku girls tennis has also had many matches. Ayano and I are now regulars called yin and yang. And Ayano is always teasing me about my growing crush on Eiji. The bullying hasn't really stopped either. However instead of girls it's now boys. No one knows and I don't want them to either. It's not their problem it's mine and I don't want them to get hurt either. I was walking down to the tennis courts when the boys shoved me into a wall. "Ow." "Look it's our favorite pet." "Just leave me alone." "And why would we do that?" He said trapping me between his hands. I turned my face away. "Let me go." "Beg on your knees and call me master." "What?!" "Do it!" He slammed a hand down on the wall. I winced when he did. "Oi! Leave her alone!" Eiji came and pushed the guy freeing me from his trap. "Eh? Kikumaru? What is she your girlfriend or something?" "Whether or not she is doesn't matter! You shouldn't be hurting people no matter who they are!" "Tch. Come on." The guy said leaving with his group. I stood there crying like an idiot. "Y/n did he hurt you?" Eiji immediately asked. "N-no not really. Aregato." I said through tears. He held me to his chest trying to calm me down. "Aregato....Aregato." "Come on. Let's get to the courts." We walked to the courts and I sat on a bench. Boys practice wouldn't start for 5 more minutes but I always sat with Ayano and watched. "Y/n senpai what's wrong?" Momo asked walking over. I wiped my tears. "Nothing." Eiji gave me a scolding look. "Y/n tell them." The team gathered around me all standing except for Eiji and Fuji. "W-well ever since I got here I've been sort of...um....bullied.....Eiji-san saved me today." I admitted not daring to look at them. "Y/n Why didn't you tell me?!" Fuji asked his voice raised with an angry tone eyes open. It surprised me. I never saw anything but happiness from him. "Fuji's right. You should've told us sooner." Ayano said. "No! It's not your guys' problem it's mine! It's my burden." "Yeah but you're our burden." Ryoma surprisingly enough said. Everyone looked at the freshman. "Y/n Senpai if you're going to always try to handle things on your own Mada Mada Dane." Said with a serious look. "Echizen is right." Momo said. "Y/n your problems are our problems too." Ayano said. "A....Aregato." I hugged Fuji. He sighed hugging me back. "You worry me sometimes."
