i wake up before everyone and Mario is fast asleep beside me. i quietly get out of my bed and go change for the day. i put a white crop top on and some short denim shorts. i crept up to my brothers room and jumped on them saying "WAKE UP ITS MY BIRTHDAY!" they both woke up for a second and told me to shut up then fell back to sleep. i rolled my eyes at their laziness, i walked back to my room to wake Mario up. because Mario was laying straight on his back i went over to him and sat on top of him. i leaned over and pecked his lips. he then leaned up and and kissed me, i kissed back and it lasted for a couple of minutes. i pulled back and got off of him and sat next to him. "happy birthday baby." he said in his morning voice. honestly i thought his morning voice was sexy. "thanks babe." i said while pecking his lips, i then got up and then "HELLO EVERYBODY WAKE UP AND COME CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY WITH MEEEE!" i yelled dragging the e. after i yelled that everyone woke up and laughed while i was going red.
after we finished eating breakfast the Rowlands, Cat, Momma Selman and Pappa Selman came over. once everyone arrived they brought out the presents:
Momma and Pappa Selman gave me:

- White Jumper that had Nike and the sign in big on the front

I thanked everyone and we all sat in the lounge talking about random stuff, until Mario told me to stand up so i did. he bent down on one knee and took my hand, he took something out of his pocket. "Paigie will you do the honors of taking this promise ring. and promise me that we will always be together no matter what and we will go through anything together." after he said that i started tearing about how sweet it was. "Mario i promise but i cant take that it looks way to expensive for me." i said and hugging Mario as he stood up, "ok but can i at least hold your hand." and after saying that we held hands but while we were doing that he put the ring on and said "you promised so you have to wear it." with a smirk, and pecked my lips. after that we sat back down and talked forever. everyone went home except for Mario, because he was joining us tonight for dinner. we got out every year for our birthdays for dinner and we all love it. this year for dinner we went to Everest. Mario quickly went to go get changed and i went to get changed too. i decided to wear one of the dresses i bought yesterday. i had a shower and got changed (dress above). i did my hair into a twisted bun and then my make up and i was finished and so was the rest of my family. when i went down stairs i heard a knock on the door so i went to answer it and it was Mario in a tux, he was so cute. we all hopped into the car and went to Everest.
once we arrived at Everest we got a table and all sat down. we were talking for a bit until lady came over and took our orders. after that we went back to talking about random funny stuff like we always do. while everyone was talking i zoned out thinking about today how Mario gave me a promise ring and how cute he is. our food came and we started to eat it. when everyone finished eating we payed and went back to the car. we got in the car and drove home. "hey Paige wanna come to my place Cat and my mom and dad went to stay with my grandma till Sunday next week?" he asked me with a cute smile, god his smile was adorable. "hang on" i told him and turned to my mom and dad, "hey mom and dad can i have a sleepover at Marios please." i asked with puppy dog eyes. "sure" they both said in sync, i turned back to Mario and told him that i can with a smile from ear to ear.
we got home and i packed some stuff to take to Marios for the sleepover. "ok got everything" i told him while putting on my shoes. "ok lets go" he said after i put my shoes on and i yelled bye to everyone before leaving. we walked to Marios because it was next door so it was easier (yes i know they dont actually live next to each other in real life but in the story they do). we walked inside Marios house and i took off my shoes, i walked to his room and put my stuff in the corner near his bed. "ok what do you wanna do?" he asked me and i suggested to watch a movie and he agreed.
