Scootaloo's POV:
It had been about a week since the sleepover at Pinkie's, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy luckily made up and they even started dating. Rainbow and I had also made up, and I was happy for her.

She just gets on my nerves sometimes.

Applebloom had Diamond Tiara over at Sweet Apple Acres, her family's farm, to introduce her to the Apple family. Meanwhile Sweetie Belle and I were at the park together.

Sweetie was pretty small compared to me, and we were both small for our age. Applebloom towered over both of us, and she loved to remind us every single freakin second.

Sweets had her head laying on my shoulder, swinging her legs back and forth. I could hear the clack of her heels every time they knocked against the boulder we were sitting on. I had my arm draped over her shoulders, leaning against the side of the hill we were by.

The fact that this rock was about five feet tall and right against a hill made me thing that it wasn't actually a rock. But who am I to crush it's dreams?

"Scootaloo," Sweetie said, I turned my head to face her, "I like this. Just us two. I love Applebloom, she's practically my sister, but I like it when it's just us two." She looked up at me, her half-opened eyes meant she was probably tired.

She yawned. Definitely tired.

"Me too. I hope everything goes well for Applebloom and Diamond Tiara. They're very different people, but it worked for Applejack and your sister so I guess it doesn't matter. I guess we just hope for the best." I said softly, loud enough to know she heard me, but still quietly.

"Well you know what they say..." She paused to let out a huge yawn, "opposites attract." She smiled at that and threw her legs over and up. She was now laying on the rock and using my shoulder as a pillow.

I loved this. Just me and Sweetie Belle. Together. No school, no drama, just us. It was perfect.

I leaned over and made it look like I was going to kiss her forehead. She closed her eyes and got ready for it. Instead I licked the tip of her nose.

She shot straight up, "Scootaloo! I'm gonna get you for that!" She laughed.

"Gotta catch me first!" I called and jumped off the rock.

My ankle hurt a bit when I landed, but I ignored it and started running.

Sweetie climbed down and ran after me. We ran all around the park, earning warm smiles from mothers playing with their babies, and waves from classmates who were chatting with their friends.

My ankle started to feel like it was on fire, but no way was I going to Sweetie win until it was time.

Eventually I slowed down a bit to let her catch up, then just when I started to turn around, she jumped on me.

She freakin jumped on me.

I guess I'm giving her a piggyback ride. I walked over to the nearest bench and sat her down, I sat next to her. My ankle was still killing me.

I took off my shoes and looked at it. It was starting to swell and there was a huge bruise.

"Well, fuck." I muttered to myself.

"Oh my God Scootaloo did you sprain your ankle!? How?" Sweetie asked worriedly.

"I guess it twisted funny when I jumped off the rock. No big deal, I ran around the park with it, it won't be any trouble." I said confidently.

Sweetie was not amused, "No you need to tell Rainbow, this is not a joke. You need to stay off of it until the swelling goes down."

I frowned, "fine." I said finally.

Sweetie's POV:
"Rainbow Dash we need your help!" We threw open the door to Dash's house. She was making out with Fluttershy on the couch.

Dash looked up at us, Fluttershy blushed and hid her face.

"What do you kids need?" She asked, then turned to Fluttershy. Dash poked her cheek, "Babe, chill out. It's Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle."

Fluttershy just squeaked and buried her face further into her knees.

"Scootaloo sprained her ankle at the park, we need your help with it." I told her.

"Right, well as out resident star athlete, I know just how to deal with this!" Rainbow called, "Fluttershy! You go get a washcloth from the kitchen. And a Ziploc bag full of ice. I'll get pillows." Her and Fluttershy ran off.

When they came back they got to worked. Rainbow lifted Scootaloo's now bare foot onto the pillows, causing a wince from Scootaloo. "Now squirt, this is gonna sting a little bit at first." She said and placed the ice on Scootaloo's ankle, then wrapped the washcloth around it.

"Ah!" Scoots screamed, "Holy crap! OhmyGodohmyGodohmyGod! Ah-ha-ha what is this OH MY GOD WHY?!?!"

Scootaloo kicked her remaining leg around like crazy once the stinging cold of the ice touched her now dark purple bruise.

"I know this is gonna suck, but the best thing to do is stay off of it and let the swelling go down." Dash said.

"Told you." I smirked.

"Shut up." Scoots grimaced, but managed to break a smile.
