Prologue

Prologue:

Mankind has finally found a way to destroy itself: nuclear weapons. The threat of nuclear war has finally cracked between the countries of Aryshad and the New Kingdom. It lasted no longer than ten minutes for the world population to decimate. Smoke mushroomed into the air and bodies were vaporized before they could even scream. The end of this world was near.

Somewhere, hidden amongst the rubble, a chosen few have mercifully survived. The world has given mankind a second chance to live, rebuild themselves and respect the land they live in. But they're scattered all over the New Kingdom.

Meanwhile, figures rise out of the ashes. Two heads attached to one body, facial disfigurement, horrible, mutilated zombies stand. Renamed the Bloodlusts they're thirsty, thirsty for blood. Normal, innocent, whole human blood.

The fate of the world relies sorely on the chosen few. But, the Bloodlusts are fighting back.

Hey guys! Just a little note from me: this is my first book that I've created on wattpad and well some parts could be pretty rubbish because there are those times when your mind is blank and you just can't put words on paper (or in this case a mobile/tablet screen. Doesn't everyone get those stupid moments when we can't think of anything productive?). I just want to say that I wouldn't have written this without the help of my best friend who helped me come up with this storyline. I would also love to hear what your thoughts and views are so please feel free to comment (I do try to take in constructive criticism - or so I hope)!!! Please vote and/or follow me!! I would appreciate it soo much!

Also, I've been editing so much and well, I've decided to ditch the idea of an A/N after every single chapter. Maybe a few dotted here or there.
