Chapter/part 5

As I trudged up the hill to Kong Studios, I couldn't help but feel like I was being watched or something. I shrugged it off as me just being crazy. The climb up the hill to the studio was long and tiring, I felt like I was about to die once I finally got to the door. After a few soft taps on the door, it swung open and revealed a grinning child. "Hallo!" Noodle chimed up at me. I gave a sheepish wave and was dragged in by Noodle. Once the door was closed, I checked my surroundings. A cluttered kitchen with piles of plates was to my right and to my left was a living room with stacks upon stacks of video games and the outline of someone on the couch. The shadowy figure got up from their seat and made their way to stand next to Noodle and I. It was the one and only 2-D. I toothless smile spread across his face as he shook my hand. "You did a real good job atchya audition fee other day," he said letting go of my hand. I blushed a bit and in a soft tone said, "thanks but, it was nothing really." After those words left my mouth, a loud throat clearing sound was heard from behind us. It was the king of darkness himself, Murdoc Niccals. I felt my cheeks become hotter by the second as he walked towards us. There was a glimmer of mischief in his eyes and he grab my hand and kissed it. At that moment, I couldn't speak. Not only was I in the house and studio of my favorite band but the man of my dreams had just kissed my hand. With a smirk, Murdoc let go of my hand and shooed away the other two. "Ello love, welcome to Kong Studios," he said putting his arm around my shoulders. I was star struck to say the least but I couldn't let that stop me from my dream career. "You don't talk much do ya love?" Murdoc asked. I shook my head, "n-no, I do talk, quite a bit actually but I'm sort of shy." I was sure my face was a bright red by now. "Well that's good," Murdoc said, removing his arm from me, "it's always good to be cautious." I chuckled awkwardly as Murdocs face revealed a look of pure lust towards me. Just then, a booming voice was heard from down the hall I hadn't noticed, "Why didn't you tell me the new girl was here?" Suddenly, a large figure emerged from the shadows. Russ stood in front of Mudz and I with his arms wide open beckoning me into a bear hug. I was hesitant at first but Russle insisted. I was finally beginning to feel safer in my new work place and probably new home.
