Chapter/part 6

It'd been a few hours since I had officially met the band and made introductions. I was now sitting on the couch next to 2-D and Murdoc while they were playing video games. Whenever Murdoc lost, he'd say his controller was broken and D and I would chuckle. This time when Mudz died, he handed me his controller as he grumbled that he didn't want to play anymore. I happily sat up and began to beat 2-Ds arse at the game. "Wow Alison, how'd you get so good at fis game?" D asked with a puzzled look. I shrugged, "I guess I just memorized your attack style while I was watching you and Murdoc play." 2-D smiled and shifted a bit closer to me to whisper something in my ear, "Can I call you Ali?" He asked. I giggled and pushed him away, "Of course! You didn't have to whisper it though!" 2-D blushed and rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess I didn't but, sometimes Mudz gets mad at me for asking stupid questions. By the way, you can call me Stu if you want," D said relaxing a bit. I laughed and thought for a second. "Hey Stu, d-do you think Murdoc would let me call him Mudz?" I asked awkwardly. Of course I already called him that in my head but I kind of wanted to do it out loud as well. Stu was about to speak when Murdocs voice came out from behind us, "Course you can love! You're a part of the band now," he said sitting down on the couch again and putting his arm around me. I immediately froze up a bit at his touch. D rolled his eyes and got up off of the couch, walking to the kitchen to grab some super fast jellyfish. It was just me and Murdoc now. Yes, Stu was just a few feet away but this was the most secluded me and Mudz had ever been together. "So, how're you liking it here so far?" Mudz asked while he put his feet up on the coffee table. "Well, I've only been here
for a few hours but I am really enjoying it," I said relaxing slightly. I looked up at Murdoc and he looked back at me with a smug grin on his face. He quickly stood up and offered his hand to me while saying, "would you like to see where you'll be staying?" I nodded and took his outstretched hand. My heart pounded as I realized what I'd gotten myself into. I was going to be sleeping in the house of the devil, maybe even sleeping with him.
