"Why are you confused?" Blake asked. I felt angry when he asked that. How could he ask that?

"I th—I thought you loved me. I trusted you with my entire life and you just threw it all away. While I was across the country missing you, you were here. You were here with another girl. You told me we were forever." I said between sobs. I stood up and so did Blake.

"Kinley, I—I do love you." Blake stuttered. "Then why are you with her? Why are you with someone else?" I cried. I saw the pain in his eyes and I knew he felt bad. "I'm sorry." He whispered.

"I didn't know what else to do. I thought I'd never see you again. I needed someone." He told me. "Blake, do you not know what forever means?" I asked and he stayed silent.

"It means no matter what, we'll find our way back to each other. But it's kind of hard to do that when you've moved on and I haven't." I said. I saw a tear fall from his eye and land on his shirt.

"Well maybe you should have thought about that before sleeping with Weston!" Blake shouted at me. I felt like the air was knocked out of me and I couldn't breathe.

"What?" I asked in a whisper. "I came by last night to make things right but you were asleep. How do you think I feel, Kinley? I broke up with Maggie last night. I haven't moved on! Stop making everything about you. How do you think I felt when you left?" Blake shouted, tears streaming from his eyes.

"I tried talking to you after I left. I tried to keep in touch with you. You never answered my calls, my texts, anything. Don't say I didn't try, Blake! Because I sure as hell did!" I told him.

"Because it hurt! It hurt talking to you when I couldn't see you. I, I just miss you." He admitted, his voice quiet. "I'm not going anywhere." I told him. He stepped towards me and I opened my arms. This time, I held him.

"I need you more than anything." Blake said, squeezing me a bit. "I'm not going anywhere. I promise. We're forever, remember?" I said, cracking a smile.

"Forever." He repeated. "I'm gonna fix this, okay? I'm going to fix us. I have to straighten things out with Weston and probably talk to Morgan." I said. "Kin, I'm here if you need me. I'm always here no matter what." Blake told me.

I messed this up and I'm going to fix it.
