Blake and I had just gotten back to his house, and his mom had gotten home shortly before us. "Hello, Kinley." She smiled. "Hi Mrs. Gray." I smiled back.
Blake grabbed my hand and pulled me into his room. "Weston's coming over." He told me and I felt a lump in my throat. "Why?" I asked. "He needs to talk to you." Blake said and I nodded.
I layed down flat on my back on Blake's bed and closed my eyes. Then, I felt something on top of me. My lips were greeted by Blake's and I wrapped my legs around his hips as he hovered over me.
Then, the door opened and Blake threw himself off of me, laying down next to me. "Uh, am I interrupting something?" Weston asked awkwardly. "No, come in." Blake laughed nervously and we both sat up.
"I think Morgan and I broke up." Weston sighed, sitting down on the bed with us. "This is all my fault." I told myself. "No it was mine too, Kin." Weston told me.
"Do you want me to talk to her?" I asked. "Would you?" He asked me, giving me puppy dog eyes. "Of course, Wes." I told him. "So wait, are you guys back together?" Weston asked Blake and I.
"Yeah." Blake said. "Good. I missed you guys being happy." Weston smiled. "Thanks, Weston." I said and he nodded. "I'm gonna talk to her tomorow. It's late anyway." I said.
"Okay, well I'm just gonna go ahead and go home." Weston said as he stood up. I gave him a hug and whispered "it's gonna get better" in his ear. "Bye." Blake said and then Weston left.
I pulled layed back down next to Blake, with my head on his chest and my leg draped over his legs. I drew shapes on his stomach listened to his heart beat. It was calming to me.
I just layed there looking around the room, when something caught my eye. A bottle of pills. I got up and walked over to it and read the prescription. They're for depression.
"Kin, what are you doing?" Blake asked nervously. "You said you were better?" I told him, but it came out as more of a question. "Before I moved, you told me you were better." I said, laughing a bit out of anger.
"I was." He told me, standing up and walking towards me. "Then why do you have these? They're not old!" I told him. "I was better. It came back. I didn't want you to know, because I didn't want you to worry about me." Blake said.
I grabbed his left arm and tried to look at it but he was stronger than me. "Let me see it." I sternly told him. He gave me his arm and the only thing there were the faded scars from years ago. They were barely even visible now.
"I promised you." He said, letting out a sigh. "You kept the promise." I said. "Of course I did, Kinley." He half smiled and I wrapped him in my arms.
"Blake, I'm here for you. You know that, and if you ever need anything you know you can talk to me." I said. "You saved me once. I won't let you have to again. I'm stronger than I used to be." He smiled.
"Good. I love you." I told him. "I love you too." He said. I really do love this boy. He makes my heart flutter like no one else ever has, or ever will. He still makes me happy no matter how much we've been through.
